Lily-Rose Depp and 070 Shake Share a Kiss at LAX After Confirming Their Romance

Lily-Rose Depp seems to have found a new flame. The star was spotted embracing and kissing musician 070 Shake at the LAX airport on May 25, according to photos obtained by Entertainment Tonight, after the two seemingly hard-launched their relationship earlier this month.

Depp confirmed her romance with 070 Shake on May 11 when she shared a PDA-filled photo of herself and the musician smooching on her Instagram Story, per E! News, captioning the post, "4 MONTHS WITH MY CRUSH." Depp had also reportedly shared a number of loved-up photos with 070 Shake prior.

The 23-year-old actor appeared to hint at her sexual fluidity in 2015 when she took part in a photo shoot for people who "identify as anything other than 100 percent straight," per ET. A year later, she told Nylon that she hadn't meant for the shoot to imply anything in particular about her sexuality. "A lot of people took it as me coming out, but that's not what I was trying to do," she said. "I was literally doing it just to say that you don't have to label your sexuality; so many kids these days are not labeling their sexuality and I think that's so cool. If you like something one day then you do, and if you like something else the other day, it's whatever. You don't have to label yourself, because it's not set in stone. It's so fluid and there's so much pressure on kids to label themselves and say, 'This is what I am, this is what I like.' I was just trying to say that it's unnecessary; you don't need to label yourself."

Depp has previously been linked to Timothée Chalamet and Austin Butler, while 070 Shake was linked to fellow musician Kehlani. Reps for Depp and 070 Shake did not immediately respond to POPSUGAR's request for comment.

It's been a major couple of weeks for Depp, who stars in The Weeknd (real name Abel Tesfaye) and Sam Levinson's HBO series "The Idol" as a pop star who falls prey to a cult leader. The first two episodes premiered at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival on May 22. Though the show won't be widely released until June 4, it's already caused a fair amount of controversy due to reports of graphic sexual content and an alleged conflict that occurred on set. However, Depp has only had positive things to say about her experience so far. "It's always a little sad and disheartening to see mean, false things said about someone you care about," she told IndieWire on May 23 in response to Rolling Stone's March exposé, which detailed "The Idol"'s alleged toxic work environment. "It wasn't reflective at all of my experience," Depp added.
