Big Brother’s Bayleigh & Swaggy C Reveal They Suffered A Miscarriage

So sad.

After the high of getting engaged on the season 20 finale of Big Brother on Wednesday, Bayleigh Dayton and Chris “Swaggy C” Williams have revealed that they also suffered a devastating low.

The two announced in a video on Friday that they conceived a child together during their time on the show, but unfortunately, Bayleigh miscarried.

She said:

“During our time in the Big Brother house, I did conceive a little baby. Unfortunately, and we don’t know why, I had a miscarriage in the jury house, and it’s something that we’re still figuring out. We actually just got a chance to talk to each other about it for the first time today.”

She continued, admitting she was looking forward to starting a family:

“It would have been a blessing, and we were both really excited when we found out. And we were both, really, really upset when we found out we lost it.”

The couple had stayed quiet about the pregnancy rumors, which sprung up midseason when Bayleigh told houseguest Haleigh that she had missed her period. Swaggy C had been eliminated by then, leaving about 20 days into the show’s start.

However, news of the pregnancy was made known to Swaggy C, and he was given twice weekly updates. In the meantime, he also developed a close relationship with Bayleigh’s family. When he proposed during the show’s finale, Bayleigh was shocked and ecstatic.

Swaggy C also talked about his love for his fiancee in the video:

“I don’t care if we’ve only been together for 23 days, I love you. That situation [the pregnancy and miscarriage], I didn’t propose because of that situation alone… I love her. The situation made us stronger.”

We’re so sorry for their loss.
