Every rose has its thorn...
As we reported, according to screenshots shared by former Bachelor contestant Ashley Spivey, current Bachelorette contestant Garrett Yrigoyen -- who won Becca Kufrin's first impression rose -- reportedly liked several social media posts mocking trans people, undocumented immigrants, left-wing women, and Parkland high school shooting survivor David Hoggs.
Related: Shocking Deaths That Have Rocked Bachelor Nation
On Wednesday, in an interview with E! News, Kufrin responded to the controversy by telling the publication:
"I've heard a little bit about it these past couple days... I've just been so busy traveling around the country with press that I haven't really been able to read too much up on it, but everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and at the end of the day I wanted to go on this journey to open up myself and have people see my love story unfold and I would hope that they would stay open and respect me but also stay open and respect these 28 guys that went along on the journey with me."
While filming the hit ABC show, Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s ex and her suitors were not allowed to use phones or computers. Because of this, the reality TV starlet was able to get "a much better picture of who these 28 guys" are.
"It's different, but it's nice in a way, because I was truly getting to know these guys for them, and hav[ing] conversations face to face with them about things that were important to me... So I feel like I got a much better picture of who these 28 guys were, as opposed to just looking on their social media and trying to make a decision of who they were by not talking to them."
At the end of the day, Becca is going to do whatever she wants, whether you like it or not!
"People form their own opinions, but at the end of the day, I know who I am and my friends and family know the type of person who i am, and I can only hope the guys feel that same way. It's going to be tough. I think social media is a huge presence in our lives these days. There's no getting around that fact. It's difficult for people to say certain things about any of these guys, and so I would really just hope that they watch the entire journey and get to know them for who they really are."
There you have it...

Melania Trump was last seen in public on May 10 where she and Donald Trump welcomed home three American hostages from North Korea at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

Days later, according to a statement released by her office, FLOTUS underwent "an embolization procedure to treat a benign kidney condition."
Because of her notable absence from the public eye, people have been creating conspiracy theories about the 48-year-old's whereabouts!
On Wednesday, Miz Trump tried but FAILED to address the controversy with the following message on Twitter:
I see the media is working overtime speculating where I am & what I'm doing. Rest assured, I'm here at the @WhiteHouse w my family, feeling great, & working hard on behalf of children & the American people!
— Melania Trump (@FLOTUS) May 30, 2018
Almost immediately, some social media users thought the tweet was written by her husband!
There is a 0.00000% chance Melania wrote this tweet.
Weird grammar and syntax? Exclamation marks?

All eyes on Camila Cabello!
In Rolling Stone's June 2018 issue, the Havana cover star opens up about her messy split from Fifth Harmony.
Related: Camila Cabello Is On 'Cloud Nine' With Matthew Hussey!
ICYMI, in December 2016, the four remaining members of 5H released a statement announcing the 21-year-old's departure. In March of this year, the ladies announced they were going on an indefinite hiatus to each "pursue solo endeavors."
According to the article, Miz Cabello compares the split to a devastating breakup. She remarked:
"It was as painful as a breakup, a five-year breakup."
Contrary to popular belief, Camila didn't leave the group because she thought she was better than the other girls. She explained:
"I don't think there was ever a point where I was like, 'I want to leave because I'm the breakout star.'... We were just really young. If we were in the same situation now, it would probably be fine for everyone to make their own music while being in the group, because I think everyone understands now that you can't limit people. That's why people break free."
To deal with all the drama in her life, Camila took advice from friend Taylor Swift who advised her to "just write it out."
"There were so many songs that didn't make my album that were just me getting it out."
The two met through mutual friend Hailee Steinfeld, and instantly bonded over recent breakups.
"She sent me a breakup playlist and said, 'Come over. Let's talk about it.'... I think the Haim girls were there. It was, like, a girls-night thing."
As we reported in March, Cabello shot down rumors that Swift convinced her to leave 5H.
The pint-sized diva is currently opening for the Shake It Off singer on her Reputation Stadium Tour.

In the 18th round of the Anything But Guns game, things get sexy.
As the epidemic of mass shootings has continued unchecked, the Republican position has evolved faster than you can say "there's no such thing as science it wuz all created in six days."
They began by shifting the focus from guns to mental health -- but quickly found that backfired when those who wanted sensible gun control pointed out universal background checks could include looks at history of mental health.
Since then they've blamed violent movies, video games, abortions, bullying, lack of father figure, demonic spirits (yes, really), and too many doors in school buildings.
Related: YouTuber Arrested For Active Shooter 'Prank' At Disney World
Now they're going after something they hate anyway: "Pornography."
Yes, during a meeting with pastors last week, U.S. Representative Diane Black (who is running for governor of Tennessee, btw) said porn was "a big part" of the problem:
"It's available on the shelf when you walk in the grocery store. Yeah, you have to reach up to get it, but there's pornography there. All of this is available without parental guidance. I think that is a big part of the root cause."
Um, except EVERYONE has porn all over the world (some countries infamously kinkier than we are) and yet the U.S. pretty much has everyone else beat on school shootings.
To see what Republicans blame next, tune in to Anything But Guns next week and EVERY WEEK AFTER! Ugh.
Michael Moore made a name for himself in the '90s as a regular blue collar guy facing off against corporate greed in documentaries like Roger & Me and The Big One.
Meanwhile Donald Trump was the personification of that greed -- and success at the expense of the little guy.
Related: Trump To Blame For Death In Trump Tower Fire?!
Now that Trump has brought his corrupt, self-enriching business practices to the head of the U.S. government, no one is more deserving of Moore's eye -- and it looks like it might be happening.
Just look at the throwback vid the filmmaker shared on Wednesday, of the two of them squaring off on a 1998 episode of Roseanne's short-lived talk show (below):

"About to rue..."? What does he mean?? (And how long have Trump and Roseanne known one another??)
On his website, Moore now has a banner that reads:
"I've been working on a secret project for the last few months."
Is it a Trump doc? Is Roseanne a part of it?? We'll have to wait and see...
Oh, boo fucking hoo!
Poor Tristan Thompson -- life was so much easier before everyone was talking about his alleged affairs!!
According to Us Weekly, a source says the NBA player is still dealing with the fallout from the photos and videos of him with other women that surfaced just two days before his girlfriend Khloé Kardashian gave birth to their child, True Thompson.
Related: Khloé Kardashian Teases Her Post-Baby Body
The insider explains:
"Tristan is completely emotionally and physically exhausted from the cheating allegations and of course the playoffs. Khloé has been harping Tristan about lining up a trainer in Los Angeles for the off season. He is focused on the winning a championship for Cleveland."
The 27-year-old athlete has been preoccupied as the championship series between his Cavs and the Warriors kicks off on Thursday. As for Khloé, the source says she's been focusing on her daughter:
"She spends most of her time in True's nursery and there are a lot of tears between mother and baby."
Aw. This news comes as we're hearing from People that the KUWTK star and Tristan are "still figuring out their relationship":
"She's not dumb — she knows being in a relationship with an NBA player means she will have to deal with drama like this, but she has to figure out what she's cool and not cool with. He's well-known for being a serial cheater."
We really hope she's not willing to accept that!!

The accusations against Mario Batali just keep coming!
Several women accused Batali of harassment in an Eater exposé -- followed shortly after by a sexual assault investigation.
Now Eater is back with more claims, this time from poor fans who had no idea what they were walking into when they spotted their fave celebrity chef out in public. (And no, he didn't try anything with Blake Lively.)
Related: Batali Booted From Restaurant Group After 'Deeply Disturbing' Sexual Assault Claims
Natalie Tene, who shared her photo with the food site, says when she met Batali at a Boston bar, he offered to take selfies with her -- then got handsy for the camera. She said:
"He was just so drunk, and I'm, like, trying to smile for these pictures, and he's pushing my face into his, kissing me, rubbing my breasts, my body and saying, ‘One more pic, one more.' It all happened so fast, in the moment I was just like, ‘What is going on, this is so pervy — is this how you treat your fans?'"
She says when she stopped the photo session, he asked her to come back to his hotel. Ick.
In all, 7 more women came forward to Eater, making a total of 18 accusations against Batali so far. You can hear more of their stories and see some of the disgusting fan photos in question HERE.

What's that we see on Sarah Huckabee Sanders' face? Is it a hint of... emotion!??
Donald Trump's regularly robotic Press Secretary got an unusual case of misty eyes during Wednesday's briefing when responding to a child's question about school safety.
A boy attending the briefing as a reporter for his elementary school said that he and his fellow students had recently undergone a lockdown drill and worry that a shooting will strike at their school.
Related: NRA Dipshit Blames Santa Fe Shooting On Teens Who Take Ritalin
After the boy asked Huck what the administration was doing "to prevent these senseless tragedies," well… she bullshitted through her teeth as usual. But this time, we think a little piece of her died on the inside.
Watch the clip (below) to see Huck get teary eyed in front of the kid reporter.
Press Sec. Sarah Sanders chokes up when student journalist questions her about school shootings at White House briefing. https://t.co/MzFyuIGAsB pic.twitter.com/ewAPMcRUoQ
— ABC News (@ABC) May 30, 2018
Here's her full response:
"I think that as a kid and certainly as a parent there is nothing that could be more terrifying for a kid to go to school and not feel safe. So I'm sorry that you feel that way. This administration takes it seriously, and the school safety commission that the president convened is meeting this week. Again, an official meeting to discuss the best ways forward and how we can do every single thing within our power to protect kids in our schools and to make kids feel safe and to make their parents feel good about dropping them off."
A nice sentiment. But given the fact that this administration's biggest solution to prevent school shootings is to arm teachers with guns, we don't think they're much concerned about making kids and parents feel safer.
Huck knows that better then most -- hence her tears!

In fact, the father isn't partying as hard as he used to.
"He's not partying like he was just a year ago and seems to be in a healthier place mentally and physically... Everyone in the family is really happy with how he's doing lately."
Recently, Disick, his three kids, and girlfriend Sofia Richie were spotted celebrating LD's 35th birthday in St. Barts.

Kim Kardashian headed to Washington DC this week to discuss prison reform with officials, including senior adviser Jared Kushner and President Donald Trump himself. On Wednesday, Kim was photographed arriving at the White House with attorney Shawn Chapman Holley in a black pantsuit, which she paired with bright yellow pumps. While it wasn't originally clear if Kim would meet with the president, he tweeted out a photo of them in the Oval Office, writing, "Great meeting with @KimKardashian today, talked about prison reform and sentencing." Kim's visit was expected to include a conversation about the possibility of a pardon for Alice Marie Johnson, a 63-year-old great-grandmother who has been in prison for over 20 years on a nonviolent drug-related offense.
Kim has been advocating for Alice's clemency since late last year, and her White House visit happened to fall on Alice's birthday. Earlier in the day, Kim tweeted a message to Alice, saying, "Happy Birthday Alice Marie Johnson. Today is for you."

The nuptials brought out a handful of celebrities including Meghan's close pals Serena Williams, Priyanka Chopra, and George and Amal Clooney. But wait a second, how are the Clooneys connected to Meghan and Harry? Well, it turns out, Meghan and Amal have actually been friends for quite a while now.
According to People, the two women first met through a mutual friend and grew closer when Meghan moved to the UK last year. "Meghan and Amal have known each other for a while [and share] many interests," a source told the publication. "Amal has been helping Meghan settle into London life. It was a very natural friendship from day one."
Given that Meghan and Amal are both certified badasses and share a passion for making a difference in the world, their friendship certainly doesn't surprise us.

After a stellar year full of exceptional TV shows, we almost forgot that we might have to say goodbye to a few of them in 2018. Now that we've reached May, networks have already "prestige" shows like One Mississippi, Damnation, and Lady Dynamite the ax. So far Amazon and Netflix are the biggest offenders, but series on networks like NBC, The CW, and ABC aren't safe, either. Pour one out for the shows that have taken their last TV gasp ahead.

That fantasy you have of Tom Hardy towering over you for a kiss might not be as realistic as you think. In fact, while the Venom actor opts for larger-than-life roles, he stands at just 5'9". Tom might be the same height as his Peaky Blinders costar Cillian Murphy, but he is smaller than his all-knowing friend Leonardo DiCaprio, who reportedly boasts 6 feet of height - although there is talk that this might be a white lie and he actually stands at 5'10".
It's a good thing Tom just signed on to play real-life gangster Al Capone, as the crime boss who inspired Scarface stood at 5'6".
Let me just get this out of the way right now: if my fiancé blindsided me with a breakup on live television during what was supposed to be a romantic getaway, I would probably never speak to said fiancé again. Fortunately I'm not the new star of The Bachelorette - the radiant, forgiving Becca Kufrin is. And according to a new interview with the reality star, she's going to have yet another on-air conversation with the man who jilted her: former Bachelor Arie Luyendyk Jr. Is Becca vying for sainthood, or what?
During a recent interview with ET, Becca revealed that both she and Bachelor Nation will get a final note of closure on her and Arie's breakup when they sit down to chat things out during season 14 of The Bachelorette.
"He will show up, yes," she said. "We do have a conversation and you'll just have to see that unfold. At that point it wasn't emotional, it was just two adults sitting down, wishing each other the best and talking through our experiences. That was our last conversation we've had. I knew that would probably be the last time we had a conversation, and I wish him and Lauren [Burnham] the best."
In an interview with GQ, Arie slammed the editing in his season of The Bachelor, saying both our perception of runner-up Lauren - who he dumped Becca for - and the infamous breakup aren't true to life. Although it seems Becca has (miraculously) been able to keep things civil with Arie, she does dispute his claim. "His actions were his own," she explained. "I don't think production really had a hand in how long he stayed or didn't stay. I explicitly said 'leave' and 'get out,' and he could have if he wanted to. He's a grown adult."
Between Becca's chat with Arie, a contestant going to the hospital with a serious injury, and Garrett Yrigoyen's social media debacle, this is truly shaping up to be one of the most dramatic seasons yet.
Hailee Steinfeld will play Emily Dickinson in a new comedy series about the beloved poet's life. The series has been ordered by Apple, The Hollywood Reporter reports, and it's set in the 1800s, but "features a modern sensibility and tone." Dickinson "takes viewers into the world of Dickinson and explores the constraints of society, gender, and family from the perspective of a budding writer who doesn't fit in to her own time through her imaginative point of view," the publication revealed.
Those familiar with the Massachusetts-born writer know that Emily Dickinson spent much of her life in a reclusive state, largely uninterested in socializing with others or leaving her room. Although she wrote a large volume of poems, many in an atypical style at the time, much of her work wasn't published until after her 1886 death. She was extremely quiet, but had a voice to be heard, which is part of what the Dickinson show will explore with its comedic tone.
Steinfeld, who most recently appeared in Pitch Perfect 3, will star in the coming-of-age series, making this the first TV series regular role for the 21-year-old singer and actress. Dickinson is written by Alena Smith, known for The Newsroom, and directed by David Gordon Green of Pineapple Express and Vice Principals. Stay tuned for more details, and add this to your list of new shows to watch this year.
It may only be May, but Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's appearances this year have all been filled with PDA, and they're showing no signs of stopping anytime soon. On Tuesday, the couple stepped out for a fun date night at the American Songbook Gala in NYC. This year's ceremony honored Nicole's "dear friend" and HBO CEO Richard Plepler, and from the looks of it, she and Keith had a blast. Not only did they look adorable on the red carpet together, but once inside, they shared a steamy kiss on stage and even showed off their smooth moves on the dance floor.
Nicole and Keith will be ringing in their 12-year wedding anniversary on June 25, and it's clear these two are still crazy about each other.
Netflix is the home of binge-watching TV and lounging on the couch for days watching your favorite romantic comedies. The streaming site really does have it all, but the best thing it has to offer are original shows. From the moment it began dropping original TV series, we were hooked. Plus, they leave you wanting more - we're looking at you, The Crown!
Since there are so many shows we'd like to watch - new and old - we thought we'd round up the best of the best from Netflix in 2018. Whether it's a new series like Queer Eye that you shouldn't be missing or a new season of 13 Reasons Why, there is a lot to be tuning in for. Although we're not even halfway through the year, Hollywood waits for no one - TV show cancellations and renewals now happen year round, so it's time to catch up on the latest news. Whether that means some of our favorite shows are disappearing soon or staying around for another shot, we all have to face the music eventually. A few shows have already been canceled, but other series have been luckier. See what's been renewed or canceled so far in 2018 below, and if you don't see your favorite show's fate, check here.

Of all the characters on 13 Reasons Why, few are as quietly terrifying as popular jock Bryce Walker. Season one of the drama follows high school student Clay (Dylan Minnette) after he receives a box of tapes from classmate Hannah Baker, who killed herself a few weeks earlier. On the tapes are the 13 reasons why she decided to commit suicide, and Bryce is a huge part of why she did what she did. Season two, which premieres this month, really digs into the repercussions (or lack thereof) Bryce endures for his actions. If you couldn't help but feel you'd seen the actor before while watching, you're definitely not alone.
Signing on to play a character as despicable as Bryce can't have been a decision made lightly, but Justin Prentice - who was bullied himself as a kid - has had plenty of experience under his belt thus far in his career. The 24-year-old actor from Tennessee has been in the business since 2008, and most recently had a role in AMC's Preacher. Back in 2015 he had a two-episode role as Becky's boyfriend Darrell on Glee, which led to work on Awkward, The Mindy Project, Castle, and iZombie.
On top of standard TV roles, Prentice's résumé also includes longer stints as the voice of Andy on Winx Club: Enchantix and Jaya on The Legend of Korra. In addition to small-screen roles, he's popped up in films like Some Kind of Hate, Me Again, Terri, and Sex, Death and Bowling. Ringing any bells?
The end of 13 Reasons Why's second season is pretty frustrating, and leaves a lot up in the air where Bryce is concerned. Will we get to see him return in season three? Unfortunately that's still up in the air. Netflix has yet to confirm more episodes, but since there are still plenty of loose threads, story-wise, we have to assume the series will come back to give us the satisfying conclusion we all deserve.
No, you do not have to be in high school to love watching TV shows (or movies) about high schools. Years after getting my diploma, teen dramas and comedies are still one of my favorite TV genres. Lucky for me, they're all over Netflix. Whether you're looking for a boost of nostalgia (like Gilmore Girls) or you're hoping to catch up on a show that's still on, there are tons of great high-school-centric series that you can watch right now. Take a look to get my recommendations and swoon over the guys you would have loved to go to high school with!

ABC's cancellation of the Roseanne reboot came swiftly after Roseanne Barr posted her (now-deleted) racist tweets about Barack Obama's former White House adviser, Valerie Jarrett. As news of the show's cancellation spread, stars began responding, including Jimmy Kimmel on his late-night show, Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Kimmel begins by addressing Barr's horrific tweet head-on, explaining that her sentiments did not "sit well with ABC management or anyone with a brain." While he jokes about the show's cancellation, he also expresses some seemingly genuine worries about ABC doing away with its top-performing show, since Jimmy Kimmel Live and Roseanne are both housed by the network.
Never fear - Kimmel provides a solution he thinks "makes this work for everyone." Check out the video above to see Kimmel's proposed answer. Spoiler: John Goodman would have to put in some extra hours.
Regardless of whether or not you know what the f*ck is going on in Westworld lately, hopefully we can all agree on one thing: season two's music has been top notch. The show's composer, Ramin Djawadi - who is currently embarking on a Game of Thrones Live Concert Tour, if you were wondering why his music sounds so familiar - has been serving up some pretty incredible orchestral covers of popular songs like Kanye West's "Runaway" and, most recently, The White Stripes's "Seven Nation Army." Although we weren't totally sure if the show would ever surpass Maeve's walk upstairs set to Radiohead's "Motion Picture Soundtrack" in season one, the latest episodes keep blowing us away. Listen to every song featured in the second season, so far, ahead.
