Lauren London Pays Tribute to Nipsey Hussle 4 Years After His Death: "I Hold My Breath All of March"
Lauren London is remembering Nipsey Hussle on the fourth anniversary of his death. On Friday, the 38-year-old actor shared a moving Instagram tribute to the late rapper, whom she was in a long-term relationship with before his passing. London posted two black and white photos of Hussle on her grid alongside a caption about how raw her grief remains. "I hold my breath all of March knowing I have to face the memory of the day you transitioned…," she wrote. "Holding on to ancient wisdom but the pain is the pain and nothing was ever the same… Eternal Being Ermias Asghedom I Love You."
The "You People" actor then quoted a passage from Baháʼí's sacred writings. She continued, "To consider that after the death of the body the spirit perishes is like imagining that a bird in a cage will be destroyed if the cage is broken, though the bird has nothing to fear from the destruction of the cage. Our body is like the cage, and the spirit is like the bird. We see that without the cage this bird flies in the world of sleep; therefore, if the cage becomes broken, the bird will continue and exist. Its feelings will be even more powerful, its perceptions greater, and its happiness increased. In truth, from hell it reaches a paradise of delights because for the thankful birds there is no paradise greater than freedom."
Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Asghedom, was shot and killed outside of his Los Angeles Marathon clothing store on March 31, 2019. He was 33. London is mom to 6-year-old Kross, whose father is Hussle. She also shares 13-year-old Kameron with Lil Wayne.
Since Hussle's death, London has been candid about how his death has affected her. In a 2022 episode of the "Angie Martinez IRL" podcast, she revealed that losing the man she loved made her realize how fleeting and precious life truly is. "There was a time I couldn't take a shower, when I didn't even laugh," she said. "I was really in a dark space and I am someone where I don't just feel it, I go in it. I'm just proud that I'm not where I was three years ago." She added, "We had a pure love. I can say I experienced a pure love on Earth."

Florence Pugh Explains How She's Such an Accent Master and Why She "Loved" Filming in New Jersey
Florence Pugh is a master of accents, and it turns out they come naturally for her. The actor tells POPSUGAR, "I really love accents. I love doing accents." Pugh has played quite a few American characters, including Amy March in "Little Women" and Allison in her new film "A Good Person," but she doesn't find it particularly difficult. "Funny enough, when I'm acting, it's really not that hard," she explains. Pugh finds it much more challenging to slip into an accent when she's around friends and family to tell a quick joke. "I always screw it up," she says.
However, while filming "A Good Person," she would sometimes slip into using a word Americans don't normally use, and Zach Braff - who wrote and directed the film - would point it out to her. "He'd be like, 'No one would ever say shall in America.' I was like, 'Oh, sorry,'" she remembers with a laugh.
One of the best parts of filming this movie for Pugh was getting to see New Jersey, where Braff grew up and famously set his 2004 movie "Garden State." Pugh and Braff dated for about three years, breaking up in 2022, but they remain good friends. "I loved it. I loved living there," she says of Jersey. "I loved being a local there." While filming, she often went on runs with her dog, Billy, and got to see the gorgeous architecture of Maplewood for herself. Some of the film's most pivotal scenes take place at a pond in the neighborhood that Braff used to visit often growing up. "I felt like I was kind of stepping into Zach's world and Zach's brain and Allie's world," she says.
One part of Pugh's job she cherishes is the chance to connect with so many other actors, like her "A Good Person" costar Morgan Freeman. "Whenever I get to work with these, all of these legends, these like greats, I end up becoming mates with them, which is quite strange," she explains. "I wouldn't have expected to be friends with Scarlett Johansson, but now I am. We text all the time. I wouldn't have expected to be friends with Morgan Freeman now, but now I am."
Watch the video above for the rest of our conversation with Pugh, including how she approached singing for the film and how she spent the very first paycheck she got for acting.

Adam Sandler Has "Big Daddy" to Thank For His 2-Decade-Long Romance With Wife Jackie
Adam Sandler is best known for his comedic roles, but if there's one thing he's serious about, it's his wife, Jackie. The couple first met on the set of his 1999 film "Big Daddy," and have pretty much been inseparable since. The two eventually tied the knot in 2003, and have since welcomed two daughters, Sunny, 14, and Sadie, 16.
The pair often attend red carpets and events together, and Jackie was, of course, there to celebrate her husband as he received the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on March 19. In her speech at the event, Jackie said that it was "love at first sight" for her, per The Washington Post. "I would like to celebrate the real Adam," she added. "The Pepto Bismol-chugging. . .air conditioning-blasting . . . backyard-peeing. . .disrupter. And, yes, he's just as funny in real life as he is in the movies . . . And he's just as good in bed as you've all imagined for so long. Adam, whether you're awake or not, it's always fantastic."
The couple also seem to like to show off their love for each other on social media, and for their anniversary in June 2020, Adam shared a tribute for Jackie on Instagram, writing, "22 years ago today we locked eyes and fell deep. Look forward to the next 22, young lady. Love you my forever girl."
When they're not celebrating each other at events or online, they're teaming up together on the big screen. Jackie has appeared in a handful of Adam's films, including "Murder Mystery," "Just Go With It," "Grown Ups," and "50 First Dates." She even has a small role in Netflix's "The Wrong Missy," which Adam's Happy Madison company produced.
Ahead, see some of their cutest moments over the years.

Rachael Leigh Cook Falls For Vietnam - and a Local - in "A Tourist's Guide to Love" Trailer
One woman's real-life story of fate and exploration is getting the rom-com treatment. "A Tourist's Guide to Love," from writer Eirene Tran Donohue and director Steven K. Tsuchida, will begin streaming on April 21 on Netflix - and POPSUGAR has an exclusive first look at the trailer. Starring Rachael Leigh Cook, "A Tourist's Guide to Love" follows a travel executive on an undercover assignment in Vietnam shortly after an unexpected breakup. While there, the lines between work and pleasure blend as she finds herself falling for her tour guide, played by Scott Ly.
"Whenever I tell people about how I met my husband while traveling in Vietnam, they always say that it sounds like a movie, and so it's pretty surreal to actually turn it into one," writer Donohue tells POPSUGAR. "And while the story has changed a lot from my real life, the emotional truth is the same. That feeling when you meet someone who makes you realize that you can do or be anything. I'm so grateful to have found a partner who inspires and supports me and who, after 22 years together, keeps my life a romantic comedy instead of a drama."
Highlighting the rich culture of Vietnam was important for Donohue, and for the film's star and producer Cook, who fans first fell in love with in 1999's "She's All That." Filming the movie was the first time the actor and producer visited Vietnam, and she praises the country's people as being "so friendly, inclusive, loving, creative, and wholly unique." She tells POPSUGAR, "I feel very lucky to have been embraced by the people in the creative community there while we were making this film."
Fans have been falling back in love with rom-coms over the past few years, and Cook appreciates the unique take on the genre "A Tourist's Guide to Love" presents. She explains, "The aim of this film was not just to tell a love story, but to capture the sheer joy that can come with people from different cultures coming together and connecting over a shared, totally unique, and beautiful experience. This is a movie that is as much about loving life as it is another person."
Keep reading to watch the first trailer and learn more about "A Tourist's Guide to Love"'s cast, plot, and release date.

The "Peter Pan & Wendy" Cast Bring Their Characters to Life in New Movie Posters
Yes, it's true - another live-action Disney reboot of a childhood classic is on the way. Following the release of 2022's "Pinocchio" remake comes a Disney+ original titled "Peter Pan & Wendy," billed as a live-action reimagining of J.M. Barrie's novel and the 1953 animated classic "Peter Pan." The new adaptation stars Alexander Molony and Ever Anderson as the titular characters, who will take viewers to the famous Neverland as we've never seen it before.
On Feb. 28, Walt Disney Studios released the first full trailer for the forthcoming reimagining, which teases a grand adventure with Molony's Peter and Anderson's Wendy after the latter unknowingly stumbles upon the shores of Neverland, aka the land of the "lost boys." From there, fans meet Yara Shahidi's Tinker Bell, the tiny fairy who aids Peter and Wendy on their journey, and Jude Law's terrifying Captain Hook, who's on the hunt for Peter himself.
"Peter Pan & Wendy," directed by David Lowery, is among the latest live-action takes on iconic, familiar tales like "Beauty and the Beast" and "The Little Mermaid." It also follows after the 2015 release of Joe Wright's "Pan" and Steven Spielberg's 1991 film "Hook," both remakes of the original Walt Disney film and rooted in Barrie's work from the early 1900s.
"In making 'Peter Pan & Wendy,' we set out to craft a film that honors both the original J.M. Barrie text and Walt Disney's animated adaptation; we wanted to invigorate our retelling with emotional sincerity, an open heart and a grand yearning for adventure," Lowery said in a statement provided to POPSUGAR. "Hundreds of incredible artists spent many years bringing this film to the screen. I'm excited for audiences to see their work, to go on this ride, and to rediscover an evergreen tale from a new perspective."
"Peter Pan & Wendy" debuts on Disney+ this spring. Ahead, find out everything we know about the live-action film so far, including the trailer and new character posters.

Becky G and Sebastian Lletget Met in a Surprisingly Normal Way
Sebastian Lletget is apologizing to Becky G following recent allegations of cheating. On March 27, the 30-year-old FC Dallas soccer player released a public apology on Instagram in regard to "a moment I regret deeply."
"A 10 minute lapse in judgment resulted in an extortion plot. Since this person did not get what they wanted it has now become a public social media spectacle filled with more lies than any truth and false posts aimed at the love of my life, the one person who I should never take for granted or put at risk," he wrote on Instagram.
According to Lletget, he's never met the "anonymous internet stalker" behind the viral since-deleted video of his alleged cheating, but he says the incident has served as a "wake-up call" for him. "I can't keep running from demons," he continued. "I know that any actions made that put us here should have never happened to begin with. Pushing right up to the very boundaries of lines that should never be crossed only hurts me and the people I love most. This past week of chaos & pain has forced me to face the consequences of my actions, my fears & my lapses from the past."
The cheating allegations come three months after Lletget and Becky G's engagement. The 26-year-old singer and actor has been dating the soccer star since 2016. Despite their fame, the couple actually met in the most old-fashioned way: getting introduced through mutual friends. As J-14 reported from a 2017 radio interview with Mega 96.3, it was a bit of a roundabout connection at first. While Becky G was filming "Power Rangers" with Naomi Scott, the two became friendly, and Scott's husband, Jordan Spence, has played soccer alongside Lletget. Scott and Spence got the idea to get Becky G and Lletget together.
"[Our introduction] kind of came about while we were filming the movie. The way we got introduced, me and Sebastian, was through my costar Naomi. Her husband - she's 23, they've been married for a couple years now - and [he] played soccer together, him and Sebastian. So Nae met me and was like, 'Girl, you're awesome! You deserve to be with a man!'" Becky G recalled at the time.
It took a little bit of convincing, though. Becky G went on to explain that despite her costar's insistence, she wasn't quite so keen on the idea of being set up on a date at that point in time. But a video of Lletget ended up changing her mind in a very good way.
"I was like, 'Nah, I don't want to be with anybody. I've been there, done that [with] the relationship thing. I'm focused right now. I'm good. I'm good.' She's like, 'It's fine, it's fine, I already know who you're going to marry. It's fine, it's fine,'" Becky G described to the radio station. "She's talking to her husband and he's like, 'Oh yeah, Sebby, Sebby.' And I'm like, who's this Sebby guy? What are they talking about? Then she shows me a video of him, and I'm trying to downplay it like because I'm like, 'He's fine, good-looking. What is going on?' It kind of all led to that. He came out of nowhere."
So Becky G did what anyone would do: she followed him on social media. She told POPSUGAR in 2021, "I followed him on Twitter and he followed me back, and I remember it was like this ghost-y, 'I know you exist, you know I exist' thing." She explained, "I waited a couple days after my 19th birthday just to sound older, which is so funny to me now . . . he was like 23 at the time . . . so I slid in the DM real hard and I was like, 'Hi, what's up?' So groundbreaking! . . . Honestly, we became friends first. We were vibing so hard. I was living in Vancouver and he was living here in LA playing for Galaxy, so it wasn't like we could go on a date. We were really forced to get to know each other, and it was nice."
Becky G later described their first date in a 2017 Instagram post congratulating her new beau on a professional milestone. "On our first date we talked about everything under the moon...literally. I remember specifically stuffing my face with sushi and talking about our dreams, goals and visions for where we see ourselves... everything we talked about on that date we are now doing or working towards. Crazy how fast time has flown by," she wrote.
Back in 2020, she told POPSUGAR that the COVID-19 lockdowns gave her and Lletget time to slow down and enjoy each other's company. "I hadn't been able to enjoy my apartment with my boyfriend like this, ever," she explained. "This is the first time we've had continuous time together to really just bond. I love it."
In 2021, Becky G also told POPSUGAR that they aren't exactly movie-watching people because of how busy they are. "Either Seb or I end up falling asleep, so we never end up finishing the movie," she explained. "We both work so much, and any time we've tried to sit down and watch a movie - we're more TV series-type people, and even then, it's still hard for us to keep up with it together because our schedules are always missing each other. But we watched 'Ted Lasso' together, and we had the greatest time. We were so impressed by the quality of the series, it was great."

Kelly Clarkson Says Her 10th Album, "Chemistry," Is "Coming Out Soon"
Attention, Kelly Clarkson fans, this is not a drill! On March 26, the "Breakaway" singer announced that her long-awaited 10th studio album is coming out later this year, and it has a title, too. Clarkson revealed that her new album will be called "Chemistry" in an Instagram video, where she also spilled details on the inspiration behind her new songs.
"I've been working on this project for close to three years now. I wasn't sure I was going to release it, but I am. The album is called 'Chemistry,'" she said. "I was trying to find a word - it might be one of the songs on the album - that really described the whole thing. I didn't want everybody to think I was just coming out with some 'I'm angry' or 'I'm sad,' just those two emotions. This album is definitely the arc of an entire relationship."
Clarkson previously told Variety in a 2022 interview that her next album was inspired by her divorce from music producer Brandon Blackstock. The former couple, who share two children together (River Rose and Remington Alexander), announced their split in late 2020.
"That whole relationship shouldn't be brought down to one thing," she continued. "There's the good, the bad and the ugly kind of thing going on. 'Chemistry' can be a really amazing, sexy, cool, fun thing, but it can also be very bad for you. So that's why I named it 'Chemistry,' I thought it was a perfect title to describe the entire album."
The "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)" singer added that the album was "coming soon" and "music is coming out even sooner." She said, "I'm very excited about it. When I say soon, I mean really soon. I'm nervous but I'm excited about putting it out."
Clarkson previously told Variety that "Chemistry" was an "important" album for her because it helped her process her emotions in the wake of her divorce. "This is an important album," she said. "I'm working on this in therapy: I have a hard time vocalizing what I'm feeling sometimes, so music is helpful for me. It's just been really healing."

Jonathan Majors Is Arrested After an Alleged Domestic Dispute in New York City
On Saturday, March 25, "Creed III" actor Jonathan Majors was arrested in New York City after an alleged domestic dispute. A spokesperson for the New York Police Department told The Hollywood Reporter that the actor was arrested on charges of strangulation, assault, and harassment. Majors is denying all wrongdoing.
The police responded to a domestic-dispute call at an apartment in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, where a 33-year-old male, confirmed to be Majors, was allegedly involved in a dispute with an unidentified 30-year-old woman. "The victim informed police she was assaulted. Officers placed the 33-year-old male into custody without incident," the spokesperson told THR. The woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries to her head and neck. Majors has since been released from custody.
On Sunday, the actor's criminal defense lawyer, Priya Chaudhry, issued a statement to POPSUGAR maintaining Majors's innocence. "Jonathan Majors is completely innocent and is provably the victim of an altercation with a woman he knows. We are quickly gathering and presenting evidence to the District Attorney with the expectation that all charges will be dropped imminently," she said.
Chaudhry detailed the alleged evidence, which she said includes video footage from the site of the reported incident, testimony from eyewitnesses, and two written statements from the woman recanting the allegations. "All the evidence proves that Mr. Majors is entirely innocent and did not assault her whatsoever," Chaudhry's statement reads.
Chaudhry also said she believed the charges would be dropped soon and maintained that arrests must be made in cases of this nature. "This is the only reason Mr. Majors was arrested," she said.
The "Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania" actor is at a busy moment in his career. He's set to star as Kang in Marvel's 2025 film "Avengers: The Kang Dynasty" and is rumored to appear in "Loki" season two. POPSUGAR reached out to Marvel for comment on Majors's arrest but did not recieve an immediate response.
In the wake of his arrest, the US Army announced it had pulled a "Be All You Can Be" ad campaign featuring the actor for now. "The U.S. Army is aware of the arrest of Jonathan Majors and we are deeply concerned by the allegations surrounding his arrest," Laura DeFrancisco, public affairs chief for the Army Enterprise Marketing Office, said in a statement to THR. "While Mr. Majors is innocent until proven guilty, prudence dictates that we pull our ads until the investigation into these allegations is complete."

Selena Gomez Is Reportedly Spending Time With Zayn Malik
Selena Gomez may have found a new direction in her love life. The "Only Murders in the Building" actor is reportedly spending time with "Pillowtalk" singer Zayn Malik. POPSUGAR has reached out to Gomez and Malik's reps for comment.
Rumors that Gomez and Malik recently stepped out together began when a TikTok user said in a March 23 video that her friend, a hostess in NYC, texted her that she had seated the pair together at an unnamed restaurant. She also claimed she'd seen Gomez, 30, and Malik, 30, "making out." Since then, the TikTok community has been speculating about the "Spring Breakers" actor and the former One Direction member, but neither Gomez nor Malik have commented on the matter. Additionally, no photos from their reported evening out have been shared.
On March 24, a source told Entertainment Tonight, "Selena and Zayn went out in SoHo in New York City last night at around 10:30 pm. They walked in holding hands and were kissing. Most restaurant staff and restaurantgoers didn't notice them. It seemed like they were comfortable together and it was clear that it was a date."
Gomez was most recently linked to The Chainsmokers' Drew Taggart, with whom she was spotted holding hands in New York in late January, per photos obtained by Entertainment Tonight. That romance was seemingly short-lived, though, as Gomez posted a TikTok in March lip-syncing to the audio, "I hate it when girls are like, 'Oh my gosh, my crush doesn't even know that I exist.' Girl, my crush doesn't even exist!" She added in the caption, "Still out here lookin for him lol."
Malik previously dated Gigi Hadid, with whom he shares daughter Khai Hadid Malik. The pair split in the fall of 2021 amid headlines about Malik getting into a dispute with Hadid's mother, Yolanda Hadid.

Jon Hamm Will Give Questionable Sex-Ed Lessons as Coach Carr in the "Mean Girls" Musical Movie
Image Source: Getty/Stefanie Keenan/VF23/WireImage for Vanity Fair
"Mean Girls: The Musical" is officially being turned into a movie - and some familiar faces from the original film are set to return. During a Feb. 16 appearance on "Late Night With Seth Meyers," Tina Fey - who also wrote the script for the musical - revealed that she'll be reprising her role as math teacher Ms. Norbury in the onscreen adaption. Tim Meadows, who played Principal Duval in the 2004 comedy, will also appear in his original role in the movie musical version.
And on March 24, fans got even more exciting casting news: Jon Hamm will take on the role of Coach Carr, the story's misbehaving gym teacher, a rep for the actor confirmed to POPSUGAR after it was reported by The Hollywood Reporter.
Fey didn't share too much about the new "Mean Girls" adaptation during her February appearance, but she did tell Meyers that the music in the film musical will sound a bit different than it did on stage. "The songs are sounding really more kinda pop," she said. "In Broadway, everything has to play to the back of the house and in movies, everything can come back in and things can play really intimately."
"Mean Girls: The Musical" Movie Cast
While Ms. Norbury and Principal Duval will look familiar, most of the rest of the movie's principal cast will be played by fresh faces. On Dec. 9, 2022, Paramount announced casting for the movie - which is based on the Broadway musical that's based on the original 2004 film. The cast includes "Moana"'s Auli'i Cravalho and "The Sex Lives of College Girls"'s Reneé Rapp, who appeared in the original Broadway production, according to Deadline.
Cravalho will play Janis, Cady's best friend, a role originally played by Lizzy Caplan. Meanwhile, Rapp will reprise her role as Regina George, originally played by Rachel McAdams in the film. Also, per Rolling Stone, Bebe Wood will play Gretchen Wieners, Avantika Vandanapu will play Karen Smith, and Christopher Briney will play Aaron Samuels.
Angourie Rice will star as Cady, the role originated by Lindsay Lohan. Rice appeared in Paramount+'s "Honor Society" with Gaten Matarazzo in 2022 and played Betty in "Spider-Man: Homecoming." Tony-nominated actor Jaquel Spivey, who stars on Broadway in "A Strange Loop," will play Damien, who was played by Daniel Franzese in the first movie. Paramount did not respond to POPSUGAR's request for comment on the news.
On Feb. 28, Deadline announced that "The Office" star Jenna Fischer had joined the cast in the role of Cady's mom, Mrs. Heron.
"Mean Girls: The Musical" Plot
"Mean Girls: The Musical" debuted on Broadway in 2018 and launched a national tour a year later. The music was written by Fey's husband, Jeff Richmond, with lyrics by Nell Benjamin. It was nominated for 12 Tony Awards. The show played its last Broadway performance in March 2020, with producers deciding to close the show during the pause caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Fey announced the movie had been put in development in January 2020. Like the original movie, the film is produced by Fey and "Saturday Night Live" head Lorne Michaels. The musical largely follows the same plot line as the 2004 film of the same name, but there's no telling how closely the second movie adaptation will stick to the original script.
"I'm very excited to bring 'Mean Girls' back to the big screen," Fey said of the film back in 2020. "It's been incredibly gratifying to see how much the movie and the musical have meant to audiences. I've spent 16 years with these characters now. They are my Marvel Universe, and I love them dearly."
"Mean Girls: The Musical" Release Date
In December 2022, Lohan and her "Mean Girls" costar Amanda Seyfried both said they'd be down for a "Mean Girls" sequel about their characters as adults. There's no word yet on a release date, though the movie is set to debut on Paramount+.

Netflix's "You" to End After Season 5
There's no denying that Jonathan Moore - or rather, Joe Goldberg - has a grip on "You" viewers in much the same way that he has a hold on his victims. And while fans of the hit Netflix series likely have broken free from his grasp after finishing the recently released part two of season four, they may well fall back into his charming ways, as "You"'s fifth and final season has officially been confirmed.
On March 24, Netflix announced that it renewed "You" for season five, though plot details are unknown at this time. However, one thing's for sure: we'll soon see how Penn Badgley's Joe meets his fate after years of terrorizing many victims (and our TV screens).
"'You' became an instant sensation on Netflix with a resounding cultural impact that has grown season over season," Peter Friedlander, Netflix's vice president of scripted series in US and Canada, said in a press statement. "We're excited - and a bit terrified - to see how it all ends for Joe Goldberg, but one thing is for sure: YOU are in for an unforgettable ending."
"If there's another one, it's going to be, I think, a grand finale."
"You" star Badgley hinted at the possibility of the show ending with a fifth season in a recent interview with GQ Hype, published on March 14. "I know what Greg [Berlanti, one of the series's showrunners] pitched me a few years back as what he thought was the right way to end. If there's another one, it's going to be, I think, a grand finale," he told the publication.
Badgley added that he's "not sure" how he'll feel leaving behind the character he's embodied since 2017, but he teased that the show's final season will definitely be an explosive one.
As we wait for more details about "You" season five, see what else Badgley had to say about the series concluding.
Penn Badgley on the "You" Season 4 Ending
Season four was split into two parts, the first released on Feb. 9 and the second a month later. It follows serial killer Joe attempting to turn over a new leaf as a reformed murderer in London. Joe starts his new life under the identity of university professor Jonathan, but of course, in classic Joe fashion, he's not just in the UK to start a new life - he stalks Marienne (Tati Gabrielle), the object of his affection from season three. While he finds her, he seemingly lets her go, free to return to her daughter in Paris to prove he's given up his old ways.
Meanwhile, the Eat the Rich Killer takes down Malcolm (in the first episode, of course), Simon, and Gemma and reveals himself to Joe as writer-turned-politician Rhys Montrose. Sort of. And while Joe vows not to let the killer take the lives of any more of his friends, part two still brings a considerable amount of death and a very surprising plot twist.
According to Badgley, "You" season four "wasn't ever meant to be released as two parts. I don't know what the conversations were with Sera Gamble and [cocreator] Greg Berlanti, for instance. I think that's just Netflix's economic reality," he added. "And I think it makes sense, generally, to release things in instalments. I like that. When I found out, I was like, 'We're going to leave a month between [episodes] five and six? That's a big old diversion.' Because, to me, it doesn't all come home until you finally see the cage."
Penn Badgley on "You" Ending After Season 5
"You" season five will officially mark the last we see of Joe. Before the show's renewal, Badgley told IndieWire on March 10 that a final season isn't just a want but a "need."
"It feels to me like we need to do another season," he said. "It feels to me like Joe needs to get what's coming to him, and now he has further to fall because he has all this power and wealth. . . . I know the creators of the show always had this next season in mind as its last, should there be another one. And then it will probably be a spectacular resolution because it feels to me like something is in the works by the very end of this season."
While the blood has barely dried on Joe's recent killing spree, there's little known about how his story will unfold - although one thing is for sure: the lack of steamy sex scenes will continue. In a Feb. 9 episode of the "Podcrushed" podcast, Badgley revealed that he requested fewer intimate scenes to "You" creator Gamble out of respect for his wife, Domino Kirke. "Fidelity in every relationship, including my marriage, is important to me. It's got to the point where I don't want to do [sex scenes]," he told GQ Hype.
Joe's story is far from over, but as new information is revealed, we'll be keeping updates on where he'll be, what he'll be doing, and when we can expect the final season of "You."

"Outlander" Season 7 to Premiere in 2 Parts, Starting This Summer
Droughtlander isn't over yet, sassenachs. Though Starz's "Outlander" is ending after its eighth season, there's still plenty to look forward to now that season seven has not one, but two premiere dates!
On Dec. 23, 2022, Starz served up a preview of what's ahead in season seven to tide fans over and the first teaser promises all of the romance, action, and prophetic dreams viewers have come to expect from the show. This time around, it's Jamie envisioning the future - which could be a warning of what's to come for him and Claire.
In the teaser, Jamie tells Claire that he dreamed they were surrounded by an unnatural light. "I had another dream," he says. "There was a light around ye. But it wasn't candlelight, nor firelight. I thought, now that must be what electric light is like."
Viewers will no doubt remember that Brianna and Roger previously discovered via a newspaper clipping that the star-crossed lovers reportedly die in a fire. It's possible Jamie's dream could point to that eventually, but given how much this show loves its twists, nothing is certain where Jamie and Claire are concerned. Elsewhere in the teaser, Brianna is seen giving birth and Claire has a noose around her neck. With the show moving deeper into the Revolutionary War, the stakes have never been higher.
In March 2021, Starz shared the official season seven renewal announcement while season six was still in production itself. "We just want to say thank you so much to all of you fans. . . . We could not do it without you!" Sophie Skelton, who plays Brianna, says in the announcement video.
Then, on April 6, 2022, the official "Outlander" Twitter account posted a behind-the-scenes first look at season seven, tweeting, "The cast and crew are back at it - #Outlander Season 7 is in production!" The tweet was accompanied by a photo of Skelton, Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, and Richard Rankin all in costume. Heughan got in on the fun too, posting a silly picture of his own. "Wait!!! Is that @Outlander_STARZ season…. 7!?!?!? yazzz," he tweeted along with a picture of the four actors laughing on set.
Read ahead for everything else we know about the upcoming season of "Outlander."
"Outlander" Season 7 Teaser Trailer
How Many Episodes Will Be in "Outlander" Season 7?
Season seven is set to have even more episodes than the previous season, in part to make up for the pandemic-shortened season six. "We just tried our best to keep everyone safe so we could continue to tell the kind of stories we wanted," executive producer Maril Davis told "Entertainment Tonight" ahead of the sixth-season premiere. "Our production really did an amazing job . . . We condensed season 6 and got all the good material in there. And then we're going to give you a supersized season seven, which will present its own challenges."
This upcoming season is currently slated to have a whopping 16 episodes, tying the first season for the highest episode count in the series.
"Outlander" Season 7 Release Date
On March 23, 2023, Starz announced that the new season will be broken up into two parts: the first eight episodes will air on June 16, while the latter half are scheduled to premiere sometime in 2024.

Tom Brady Shares Cryptic Instagram Quote About "[Enduring] the Betrayal of False Friends"
Tom Brady seems to be using Instagram to reflect on his values these days. On March 23, the retired NFL player shared a post on his Instagram Story that featured a quote purportedly by Ralph Waldo Emerson, which includes a line about dealing with "false friends" and "betrayal." He captioned the post with three red hearts.
"What is success? To laugh often and much; To win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends," the quote reads. "To appreciate the beauty; To find the best in others; To leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child or a garden patch or redeemed social condition; to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!"
Apparently, business mogul Jeff Bezos has also kept the same quote on his fridge for years, per a 2018 tweet. According to Quote Investigator, though, the quote is actually widely misattributed to Emerson and is instead likely drawn from an essay by writer Bessie A. Stanley.
Brady's post comes one day after an interview with his ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, was published in Vanity Fair. In it, Bündchen shared that she still has a lot of love for Brady. "Listen, I have always cheered for him and I would continue forever," she said. "If there's one person I want to be the happiest in the world, it's him, believe me. I want him to achieve and to conquer. I want all his dreams to come true." She also emphasized that football wasn't the reason for their split, adding, "As time goes by, we realize that we just wanted different things and now we have a choice to make."
Brady and Bündchen finalized their divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Since then, Brady - who retired from football in early February - seems to have been getting a bit philosophical, at least according to his Instagram page. On Valentine's Day, he posted a quote by Indian spiritual leader Sadhguru that reads, "Love is not a transaction. It is a certain exuberance and sweetness of your emotion." Meanwhile, Bündchen has been spending time in her home country of Brazil while also focusing on her modeling career.

Raquel Leviss Confirms She's Attending the "Vanderpump Rules" Season 10 Reunion
Image Source: Getty / Todd Williamson / Bravo
The Bravo world was rocked on March 3 when "Vanderpump Rules" stars Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix split after nine years together. In the aftermath, numerous outlets reported that their split was prompted by the revelation that Sandoval cheated on Madix with their costar Raquel Leviss in a months-long affair. Dozens of Bravo stars seemed to confirm the news on social media, including producer Andy Cohen, who tweeted out a siren emoji and then asked, "How many parts is too many parts for the #pumprules reunion???" POPSUGAR reached out to reps for Sandoval, Madix, and Leviss for comment on the allegations but did not receive responses.
The internet has since been ablaze with Bravo fans trying to figure out what exactly happened between the three stars. On March 8, Sandoval and Leviss both released statements apologizing to Madix for their roles in the situation. Now, over a week later, Madix has released a statement about her breakup and the aftermath. If you're not a Bravo head, or are muddy on the details, here's a full timeline of the drama, including the latest statements on the issue.
Who Are Tom Sandoval, Ariana Madix, and Raquel Leviss?
Sandoval, Madix, and Leviss are all cast members of "Vanderpump Rules." Sandoval and Madix met and became friends when they worked as bartenders at restaurants owned by former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump before the show began filming. Sandoval was a cast member when the first season premiered in 2013, while Madix joined for season two the following year. Sandoval's best friend is fellow cast member Tom Schwartz, with whom he's started two restaurants: TomTom With Vanderpump, and Schwartz and Sandy's primarily on their own. Schwartz split from his wife, castmate Katie Maloney, in early 2022.
Leviss, meanwhile, was first introduced in season five as the girlfriend of cast member James Kennedy. The pair got engaged in May 2021 after five years together. (Sandoval even helped Kennedy plan and pay for the over-the-top proposal.) However, the couple eventually split that December.
During the summer of 2022 (and as filmed for the show, which is currently airing on Bravo), there were rumors that Leviss was hooking up with Schwartz and that their attraction came to a head at the wedding of cast member Scheana Shay in late August. Since the show premiered, Leviss has said that it was OK for her to be involved with Schwartz despite Maloney's wishes because she and Maloney weren't friends. Shay and Leviss appeared together on the March 3 episode of the "Chicks in the Office" podcast (which was released before news broke), and Leviss said, "Ariana [and Scheana] were the ones that really embraced me into this group and have been there for me since day one, so I know who my true friends are."
How Long Were Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix Together?
Sandoval and Madix began dating in 2014. They bought a house together in Valley Village, in Los Angeles, in 2019.
Did Tom Sandoval Cheat on Ariana Madix With Raquel Leviss?
On March 3, TMZ broke the news that Sandoval and Madix had split amid allegations of cheating involving Leviss and that "Vanderpump Rules" was filming the fallout. Other outlets quickly confirmed the news, as did some of their "Pump Rules" costars on Instagram, including Kennedy and Lala Kent. Madix reportedly found out about the affair on Wednesday when she saw Sandoval's phone and his texts with Leviss.
Sources told People that the affair had been going on for six months. During that time, Leviss continued to play up rumors that she was involved with Schwartz. She wore a TomTom sweatshirt to BravoCon in October, and when Maloney accused her of being a "fangirl," she wrote on Instagram that she mostly wore it to be comfy and added, "I also wore it to support BOTH of the Toms." She included #NumberOneTomStan.
Weeks later, Sandoval dressed as Leviss in the sweatshirt for Halloween, as Leviss memorialized in her Halloween Instagram highlight.
What Has Tom Sandoval Said About the Affair?
Sandoval posted a statement on his Instagram on March 4, asking that people not direct their anger toward Schwartz, who he says knew nothing about his actions until recently. He also asked that people not take their frustration out on their restaurant Schwartz and Sandy's. "Hey, I fully understand and deserve ur anger and disappointment towards me, but please leave Schwartz my friends and family out of this situation," he wrote. "Schwartz specifically only found out about this very recently, and most definitely did not condone my actions."
"This was a very personal thing," Sandoval continued. "Schwartz & Sandy's might have my name on it, but also there are 3 other partners and 20 employees, who especially rely on the restaurant for income for them and their families. Just like TomTom, I'm a small part of a much bigger thing. Please direct ur anger towards me and not them. They did nothing wrong."
Sandoval went on to apologize to his partners who "have to suffer for my actions." He added that he would be stepping away from the restaurants for now "out of respect for my employees & partners." He concluded his post, "I need some time to address everything else. Sorry for everything." Sandoval did not mention Madix in that statement.
Hours earlier, Schwartz and Sandy's also posted a statement on Instagram asking people to be kind to the workers there who had "nothing to do with this unfortunate situation." The statement also called Madix "a good friend and a great supporter of the restaurant." Schwartz has not commented, but on Saturday fans posted photos of him at the restaurant greeting guests.
On March 8, Sandoval posted a new statement to his Instagram page, writing, "I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I've hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly."
He continued, "I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including out loving family and friends."
He then seemed to address "Vanderpump Rules" viewers, writing, "My love for Ariana was strong than any camera ever could have captured. Some of our best time together were never filmed. The same goes for some of our biggest struggles. I wish things happened in a different order and our relationship was not severely tarnished, and that it ended with the same respect for her that it began with. I owed Ariana better."
He concluded, "I am beyond sad that it ended the way it did. The choices I made hurt so many people. I acted in a way that clashes with who and how I want to be. I will reflect and work on myself. I have work to do. I always have, and I always will."

What Has Raquel Leviss Said About the Affair?
Leviss released a statement to "Entertainment Tonight" on March 8, which began with her writing, "I want to apologize for my actions and my choices foremost to Ariana, and to my friends and the fans so invested in our relationships. There is no excuse, I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana."
She continued, "I am reflecting on my choices, speaking to a counselor and I am learning things about myself such as my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved. I have sought emotional validation through intimate connections that are not healthy without regard for my own well-being, sometimes negatively affecting others and often prioritizing the intimate connection over my friendships. I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices."
The statement went on, "Although I chose to be on a reality show accepting the good and bad that comes with it, beyond my own actions I have been physically assaulted, lost friendships, received death threats and hate emails in addition to having had my privacy violated."
Leviss concluded, "I have begun counseling to end my unhealthy behavioral cycle, learn to set stronger emotional boundaries and learn to protect my mental health. I don't expect sympathy, understanding or forgiveness. Right now I must focus on my own health and well-being and as I strive to be a better person moving forward, I will prioritize my mental health and learn from my mistakes."
Leviss's statement came a day after it was reported by TMZ that her lawyers had sent letters to the "Vanderpump Rules" cast saying that the video on Sandoval's phone that Madix found was recorded without her permission and that everyone who had the video should delete it. That same day, Leviss also served Shay with a restraining order, as confirmed by People, though the reason for the order is unknown (though Leviss claims in her statement that she was physically assaulted and does not name the person).
In a March 9 statement to POPSUGAR, Shay's lawyer, Neama Rahmani, responded to the filing saying, "This case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her. Scheana never punched Rachel, period. The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months. Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward. The judge has only heard a one-sided account of what happened, and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing."
Meanwhile on March 9, Leviss addressed speculation about the status of her relationship with Sandoval in an Instagram post amid rumors that the pair planned to continue their scandalous romance. Wrote Leviss, "Besides the indefensible circumstances surrounding our relationship, my feelings for Tom have always been sincere and born out of a loving friendship. Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better ones. I need to take care of my health, work on self growth and take time to be ok with being alone."
Concluded Leviss, "I care for Tom and I don't want to label anything or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal."
What Has Ariana Madix Said About Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval's Affair?
In the early hours of March 16, Madix took to Instagram and shared a photo of herself in a long pink and green gown. She began the caption, "hi. where to begin?"
She continued, "i want to express my most sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support i have received from friends, family, and people i've never even met in the last two weeks. when i have felt like i couldn't even stand, you all have given me the strength to continue and seen me through my darkest hours. to say i have been devastated and broken is an understatement. however, i know that i am not in this alone. so many of my closest friends are also grieving this loss right now and reeling from this betrayal on so many levels. i am so f*cking lucky to have the best support system in the world and i hope i can repay every single person for the love you have shown me."
She concluded, "what doesn't kill me better run," and signed off, "love, ariana."
Before Madix spoke out, her friend (and Sandoval's ex-girlfriend) Kristen Doute posted a video on Instagram on March 3 of the pair hugging. Doute assured fans that Madix was not alone, and her friends were there supporting her.
Her brother, Jeremy Madix, also commented on Kennedy's since-deleted Instagram post about the news at the time, writing, "It's funny to watch people social climb and be soooooooo fake that they're willing to sh*t on people that are supposed to be their 'best friend' (a term that gets thrown around very often around here) all just to come up or have some sort of story line," according to Us Weekly.
What Has Sandoval's Best Friend, Tom Schwartz, Said About the Affair?
On March 11, Schwartz - Sandoval's best friend and business partner - broke his silence about the affair. TMZ caught up with the restaurateur at the LAX airport where he gave an update on how his partner is doing. "[Sandoval's] OK, I think. Relatively speaking, I mean, he has a sense of profound sadness, rightfully so, that he's a piece of sh*t. And to some extent, maybe he is," Schwartz said. "But he knows he f*cked up, and the whole thing is just really sad."
He went on to express his hope that Madix is surrounded by friends and is moving forward. "Luckily, Ariana has a really good support system, and she's with her friends," he continued. "I hope she's living a good life, just indulging. Hope she goes on a living spree. I'm just hoping this whole thing blows over."
Schwartz went on to say he hasn't been in contact with Leviss since news of the scandal broke, and he denied publicly kissing her to cover up the affair for his friend. "It's f*cking complicated. That's the understatement of the year. I think Tom's OK," he said. "Really, I'm just sad about the negative impact it's having on our business, but I think cooler heads will prevail, and I'm just gonna keep on keeping on."
"Vanderpump Rules" Season 10 Midseason Trailer
The "Vanderpump Rules" cameras are back on and filming the fallout of the cheating allegations, and that footage will be included at the end of the season, which is currently airing. On March 20, Bravo released the season 10 midseason trailer, which begins with Shay's wedding and Maloney and Madix looking for a space for their new sandwich spot before things really get ugly. "I was the OG homewrecking whore of this group," Shay tells Leviss in the clip. "And then came Lala. And now here you are." We also see Madix seemingly confront Sandoval about the affair when she tells him, "You don't deserve one f*cking tear of mine." Meanwhile, Leviss is heard in a voiceover, saying, "I don't f*cking regret our relationship."
Multiple cast members have also posted photos of themselves filming talking heads for new episodes, and there are numerous rumors about scenes filmed between Madix and Sandoval and Leviss and Sandoval. On March 10, Bravo confirmed Madix's friend Doute would be returning to the series after she was fired in 2020 for a racist prank she pulled on her then-costar Faith Stowers. Her return comes after the reality TV star posted her supportive Instagram for Madix, which suggests she'll be wading into the controversy that Bravo fans have dubbed "Scandoval."
Additionally, Schwartz confirmed to TMZ that the messy situation would unfold in front of the cameras. When asked when he found out about the affair, he said, "You'll see it play out on the show."
Will Raquel Leviss Attend the "Vanderpump Rules" Season 10 Reunion?
The show is expected to film the season's reunion sometime this week, and Leviss officially confirmed her attendance to E!. "Yes, I will be attending the reunion in person," she told the outlet.
However, it's not clear how the restraining order against Shay will affect filming, which typically involves the entire cast together in one room.
