Tia Mowry is doing great amid her divorce from Cory Hardrict. On Monday, the 44-year-old actor attended Elle's Women in Hollywood gala in Los Angeles, where she gave Entertainment Tonight an update on how she's doing. "I'm doing fantastic. I am doing great. I feel very blessed, I feel very honored to be here," she said. "I am all about women empowerment, and supporting women."

Addressing her recent divorce filing, Mowy added, "I have to be honest with you, I am so overwhelmed by the love and support I've received. I'm so grateful of the community and the fans that I have."

"I'm all about inspiring and encouraging, and the DMs that I've gotten from so many women who are going through the same thing . . . it has just been [amazing]," she told ET. "I feel so blessed."

Mowry and Hardrict, 42, wed in 2008, and they share two children, 11-year-old Cree and 4-year-old Cairo. "They are doing amazing," Mowry told the outlet of how her kids are adjusting. "Cairo, she is so wonderful. She's awesome . . . and they're all so happy. And that means the world to me, my children."

Tamera Mowry-Housley recently shared a message of support for her sister amid her separation. "I love her dearly," Mowry-Housley said on an Oct. 5 episode of "Today With Hoda & Jenna." "She is strong, but I know right now she just kind of just wants to, you know, just kind of process it all, take it all in, and be a little private about that. And as a sister, you know, I'm just going to respect that."

In Los Angeles court documents filed on Sept. 30 and obtained by POPSUGAR, Mowry cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her split from Hardrict. She did not specify a date of separation. The court documents also specify that she is asking for joint custody with Hardrict. On Oct. 4, Mowry posted a quote on her Instagram Story that read, "Letting go can be painful. But it won't hurt as much as holding on to an illusion."

Later, she addressed the split in an Instagram post, which a rep for Mowry directed POPSUGAR to when reached for comment. "I have always been honest with my fans, and today is no different," she wrote. "I wanted to share that Cory and I have decided to go our separate ways. These decisions are never easy, and not without sadness. We will maintain a friendship as we co-parent our beautiful children. I am grateful for all the happy times we had together and want to thank my friends, family and fans for your love and support as we start this new chapter moving forward in our lives."
