Kanye West is at it again!
After dropping Jesus Is King this week, the rapper went right back to work on Sunday and delivered his very first Sunday Service since the new gospel-only music had been published. And considering the event went down at The Forum in El Lay on early Sunday, something tells us Yeezy is just as popular as ever… and maybe even more so, after this new, immediately-infamous album spread like wildfire!

Yeezy’s choir and Kenny G were both also there to perform tracks from the record, and it was clear that the place was feeling it… because it looks very, very full, and very full of high energy, based on our glances inside the arena. TMZ has the pics and video highlights from the whole thing — they are worth a look HERE.
Also of note: fans had to pay $10 to get in for this service, with the proceeds apparently being donated to charity. That’s a new one! But still, it’s really not a bad price to pay to see Kanye in action, especially from the front row! These things are becoming quite the place to be, aren’t they?!
World Tour Incoming!
Kanye is apparently going to “push boundaries,” and “redefine everything audiences expect to experience when showing up to a concert,” according to new reports out about his world tour plans for Jesus Is King.
Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ that his upcoming world tour will be “unlike anything anyone has seen,” with the Sunday Service format serving as something of a pillar to the production, though it’ll be done on a much grander scale.
OK… so what does that mean for the people down to see the new Yeezy in action??

Well, the tour is apparently meant for all types of venues — indoor, outdoor, you name it — and it’ll be versatile enough to go pretty much anywhere. There’s no set date for the start of the whole thing yet, however, even though Kanye has previously said that it would “start right away.”
It’ll be very interesting to see if/how this thing can get off the ground, and/or how Yeezy can make things work with this one, especially considering he hasn’t toured in more than three years since the Saint Pablo Tour that ended with him in a hospital.
Obviously, Yeezy appears to be in a much better place now than he was back then, so hopefully it’ll work out just fine. What do U think about all these big plans, Perezcious readers?? Sound OFF about it all in the comments (below)…
