Tommy Lee And Travis Scott Are Fighting Over Set Design Plagiarism Accusations — Get Caught Up HERE!

Travis Scott and Tommy Lee are not exactly on the best of terms right now!!!

The Motley Crue singer and the Astroworld rapper are seriously at odds after Lee discovered Scott’s tour set design yesterday and flipped out on social media, accusing the Houston rapper of straight up copying the legendary rock n’ roll drummer!

Things started on Wednesday night, when Lee took to Twitter to call out what he felt was a LITTLE too much copying by Scott’s tour design team, noting (below) some similarities to a ferris wheel-style set design Lee had previously produced:

Whoa!!!

FWIW, this is Tommy’s little contraption that he’s up in arms about (below), which he claims Travis essentially stole for the rapper’s own 360-degree on-stage loop:

Inneresting…

Travis’ legal team has already responded to Tommy, per TMZ, saying (below):

“Tommy didn’t invent the concept of a roller coaster on stage and there’s no legal basis for his accusatory outburst. The actual creator and owner of the system has granted Travis all rights to use that equipment to complement his original stage design.”

Sooooo basically Tommy thinks he invented something that he didn’t invent — is what it sounds like. And to claim credit for an invention he apparently didn’t invent, he went to Twitter to whine (loudly) about it.

One footnote in this case that is particularly hilarious: TMZ reports that back in 2014 Tommy was taken to court by a set engineer over this exact 360-degree drum contraption, arguing that Tommy had stolen in at the time!

Tommy won that case, but LOLz — people in glass houses!!
