34 Times Adam Sandler and His Wife Jackie Showed Off Their Love

Adam Sandler is best known for his comedic roles, but if there's one thing he's serious about, it's his wife, Jackie. The couple first met on the set of his 1999 film "Big Daddy" and have pretty much been inseparable since. The Sandlers eventually tied the knot in 2003 and have since welcomed two daughters, Sunny, 14, and Sadie, 17 - both of whom star in Netflix's "You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah" with the couple.

Through the years, Adam and Jackie have given fans some sweet glimpses of their longtime romance. On June 22, Adam celebrated their wedding anniversary on Instagram by posting a photo from their wedding day, writing, "Happy 20th my sweet Jackie! Your 'I do' was the best gift of my life." He continued, "My heart has been yours since the first second I saw you and I love and appreciate your devoted soul more and more each day. Us. The kids. Lets keep going and going babe. Lots of love to give you. Always."

The pair often attend red carpets and events together, and Jackie was, of course, there to celebrate her husband as he received the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor on March 19. In her speech at the event, Jackie said that it was "love at first sight" for her, per The Washington Post. "I would like to celebrate the real Adam," she added. "The Pepto Bismol-chugging. . .air conditioning-blasting . . . backyard-peeing. . . disrupter. And, yes, he's just as funny in real life as he is in the movies . . . And he's just as good in bed as you've all imagined for so long. Adam, whether you're awake or not, it's always fantastic."

The couple also seem to like to show off their love for each other on social media, and for the anniversary of their first meeting in July 2020, Adam shared a tribute for Jackie on Instagram, writing, "22 years ago today we locked eyes and fell deep. Look forward to the next 22, young lady. Love you my forever girl."

When they're not celebrating each other at events or online, they're teaming up together on the big screen. Jackie has appeared in quite a few of Adam's films, including "Murder Mystery," "Just Go With It," "Grown Ups," and "50 First Dates." She even has a small role in Netflix's "The Wrong Missy," which Adam's Happy Madison company produced.

Britney Spears Addresses Her Split From Sam Asghari: "It's Honestly Nobody's Business"

On Aug. 18, Britney Spears addressed her split from Sam Asghari for the first time. The pop star shared her statement via her Instagram, where she explained that she "couldn't take the pain" anymore. News broke on Aug. 16 that the pair were separating after one year of marriage.

"As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together," Spears wrote. "6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I'm a little shocked but … I'm not here to explain why because its honestly nobody's business!!!"

She continued, "I couldn't take the pain anymore honestly !!! In some sort of telepathic way I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you !!! I've been playing it strong for way too long and my Instagram may seem perfect but it's far from reality and I think we all know that !!!"

Spears added that she wished she could share her emotions more freely, but due to her life in the spotlight, she said she had been taught to be a "strong soldier." The "...Baby One More Time" singer also referenced her 13 years in conservatorship, and the impact it had on her ability to freely express herself. Ultimately, Spears maintained that she's doing well under the circumstances.

"So I will be as strong as I can and do my best !!!" she wrote. "And I'm actually doing pretty damn good !!! Anyways have a good day and don't forget to smile !!!"

The singer's statement comes just one day after Asghari addressed filing for divorce in his own Instagram Story. "After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together," Asghari wrote. "We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always. Sh*t happens."

He added, "Asking for privacy seems rediculous [sic] so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful."
