Dog The Bounty Hunter Honors Late Wife Beth Chapman With Sweet Birthday Tribute
Thursday was a bittersweet day for Dog The Bounty Hunter.
As you’ll recall, Beth Chapman tragically lost her battle with lung cancer in June 2019. Even over a year later, the loss is very much at the front of the A&E star’s mind — especially at this time of year; Beth would have been celebrating her 53rd birthday this week. So Duane took the time to honor his late wife with a short and sweet Instagram tribute, which was met with thousands of likes from fans.

Along with a photo of Chapman, he wrote:
“You are celebrating this day with Jesus and all his angels that’s the only thing that gets us through without you happy birthday Beth we miss you & love you”
Jamie Chapman, wife of Dog’s son Leland Chapman, paid homage to her late mother-in-law, commenting on the pic:
“Happy Birthday Beth. We love you and miss you tremendously.”
As we mentioned, Beth lost her lengthy battle with cancer on June 26, 2019 after being placed in a medically induced coma days earlier during the production of a new series with her husband, Dog’s Most Wanted. The couple had been married for 13 years and were together for more than twice that long prior to tying the knot.
Together, they had two children, daughter Bonnie and son Garry. Duane also adopted Beth’s daughter by her ex-husband, Cecily, and helped his wife reconcile with her eldest son Dominic, who was born when she was a teenager.
The Hawaii-based bounty hunter announced just 10 months after his wife’s passing that he was engaged to Francie Frane, who had also recently lost her husband to cancer. In an interview last month with ET, Frane explained how they lean on each other through good times and bad:
“We understood the pain that the other one was feeling and [in] those tough days and moments, we helped each other stand up. We could cry with each other and talk about what we were feeling. We were able to walk alongside each other through the pain and heartbreak and it brought us together in this amazing way.”
The father of 12 chimed in about how they honor Beth and Francie’s late husband Bob together on important dates like wedding anniversaries and birthdays:
“We honor those dates and we don’t feel guilty, but it’s kind of strange. But we’re in love and I say all the time, ‘Beth, I’m glad you provided me with Francie because that wasn’t on my list.'”

Leading up to the release of her new memoir, Dolly Parton, Songteller: My Life in Lyrics, the icon has been addressing the rumors and conspiracies surrounding her career for years. One such conspiracy is that her rarely-seen husband, Carl Dean, doesn’t actually exist! Of course, unlike the tattoo rumor, this was is totally debunked!

Carl is real alright — he just doesn’t like the celebrity lifestyle. Dolly explained to Entertainment Tonight:
“A lot of people have thought that through the years, because he does not want to be in the spotlight at all. It’s just not who he is. He’s like, a quiet, reserved person, and he figured if he ever got out there in that, he’d never get a minute’s peace and he’s right about that.”
She continued:
“I’ve always respected and appreciated that in him and I’ve always tried to keep him out of the limelight as much as I can. He said, ‘I didn’t choose this world, I chose you, and you chose that world. But we can keep our lives separate and together.’ And we do and we have. We’ve been together 56 years, married 54.”
Wow! No one can question their setup with a record like that!
In the style of her goddaughter Miley Cyrus, the Jolene singer has lead a Hannah Montana-esque double life for years. She keeps her personal life quiet and separate, while her public persona keeps her VERY busy. (She’s got a book, a Christmas album, and a film out all at the end of this year.)
But staying busy has actually helped her marriage:
“Our joke about the fact, when people ask me why it’s lasted this long, I say, ‘Because I stay gone.’ And there’s a lot of truth in that — the fact that we’re not in each other’s faces all the time. But we do have a great respect and admiration for each other. We both have a great sense of humor. So, we have a lot of fun. … We have very similar tastes… we love to travel around our little RV, and we don’t like parties and all that stuff.”
Last month, the 74-year-old told People about how she and Carl keep the flame alive. She shared:
“We still have our little times, like in the springtime when the first yellow daffodils come out. Even if there’s still some snow around it, my husband always brings me a bouquet. And he’ll usually write me a little poem. Which to me, that’s priceless. That’s like a date in itself.”
How romantic!

For her part, she’ll treat her man to a picnic, a candlelight dinner, or even a trip to a motel “as long as the bed’s clean and there’s a bathroom.” She added:
“We don’t make an issue of it. It’s like certain days, you feel a certain way. And I’ll say, ‘I’m going to surprise him. And we’re going to have real cloth napkins and real crystal. I’m going to put the real china out instead of the paper plates we usually eat on because we don’t want to have to wash dishes.'”
Honestly, it sounds like they’ve found the secret to a long, healthy marriage. We wish them many more years of happiness to come!

Nicole Young Says Dr. Dre Has THREE Mistresses! And She Wants Them To Testify In Divorce!
Oh, so this divorce is getting UGLY ugly.
Previously in the battle between Dr. Dre and his now ex-wife Nicole Young, the mogul’s business partner accused Young of embezzling more than $350k from their company Record One. Young claimed she was entitled to the cash — but she wasn’t going to take the accusation lying down. She’s now pointing the finger back at Dre over his alleged infidelity — with THREE different women.

According to DailyMail.com, Young has subpoenaed singers Jillian Speer, Crystal Sierra, and model Kili Anderson for deposition, believing them all to be former mistresses of the acclaimed producer. To make matters more interesting, the women have banded together and hired the same lawyer, Kris LeFan, to fight the subpoenas.
A key element of the fight between Dre and Nicole is their prenuptial agreement. Dre wants it enforced, but Nicole claimed that he had torn it up early in their marriage as a “romantic gesture.”
DailyMail.com reported that LeFan said none of the women has “information relevant to the enforceability” of the pre-marital agreement. She also stated:
“Any extra marital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”
Crystal and Kili have both made their social media private, but Jillian’s Instagram is still available to view. Her most recent post includes a lengthy poem by Joy Harjo that references forgiveness. It reads in part:
“Cut the ties you have to failure & shame.
Let go the pain you are holding in your mind, your shoulders, your heart, all the way to your feet. Let go the pain of your ancestors to make way for those who are heading in our direction. Ask for forgiveness.”

Dre publicly denied an affair with Kili back in 2013. He was apparently spotted in the studio with Crystal earlier this year. In a previous filing, Nicole had accused her ex of “rampant and repeated marital misconduct” — we can now assume she was referring to repeated cheating.
The previous filing also challenged the Beats by Dre creator to produce the much disputed prenup, claiming he violated the law to turn over all relevant financial, business and personal documents, per TMZ. In addition to demanding the document be produced, she also asked the judge to impose a $50k sanction against him for failing to bring it forward.
Things are heating up so much with this split, we’re starting to sweat. But with a billion dollars on the line, we didn’t really expect any less!

LeAnn Rimes Goes Fully Nude To Start Frank Discussion About Her Skin Condition
Now this is a way to get a conversation going!
LeAnn Rimes has opened up about suffering from psoriasis before, but never like this. In a personal essay for Glamour magazine, the singer shared the struggles of living with the skin condition — accompanied by a completely nude photoshoot that highlighted the effects it has on her body.

In the essay, she explained that she was first diagnosed at 2 years old, and spent most of her young adult life (and her early career) covering up everywhere but her “hands, feet, and face.” In her 20s, she found a treatment that cleared her skin, effective enough to allow her longer stretches in between treatments. Unfortunately, stress can induce a psoriasis flare up, and if anything has been stressful, it’s… the year 2020 as a whole.
Dealing with the condition amidst a pandemic led Rimes to sharing more of her experience with the world. She wrote:
“We’re at a moment in time right now when we’re all being stripped of everything we thought we needed — and now we can see how worthy and good enough we are without all of the bulls**t. We’re worthy without the makeup and the artifice. We’re worthy of love without having to work for it.
And that’s why I’m tired of hiding.”
Damn! Good for you, girl!
LeAnn posted the pics on her personal IG, too, and we are just in total awe.
Noting that her personal and professional journey has been about “excavating these pieces that I’ve been hiding,” she felt a responsibility to give a voice to others who may be going through something similar. Opening up also benefited herself, as she explained:
“You know when you say something you’ve been holding in for so long, and it’s such a sigh of relief? That’s what these photos are to me. I needed this. My whole body — my mind, my spirit — needed this desperately. I honestly thought these photos were going to be challenging to look at. It’s one thing to see yourself and judge yourself in the mirror; I thought it would be even harder in a photo, which is why in the past I never let people take pictures of me during flare-ups. Being in our own bodies, we judges ourselves so harshly.”
She added:
“Before this shoot, my husband would look at me like, “I don’t even see that,” which I obviously didn’t understand. I’d think, How can’t you see it?! It’s all over me! I think I see what he sees now.”

To conclude the essay — fittingly published on World Psoriasis Day — she shared:
“Will these photos change the way I live? Will I wear shorts out to the grocery store? I honestly don’t know. But what I do know is that it’s amazing how small we can keep ourselves. When you finally allow yourself to step outside of what you’ve been caging in, the whole world opens up. There’s freedom in even just putting one foot outside the door.
I hope anyone who also kept themselves small has the courage to step outside of that cage. When we allow ourselves not to be held in, our lives come back to us.”

The Office star is being sued for a minimum of $25,000 for causing “grave bodily injury” to another woman in a car accident. And if these claims are to be believed, Mindy is very much at fault! In legal documents obtained by The Blast, the alleged victim accused the Mindy Project creator of “reckless conduct” — including “use of her cellphone” — that led to the crash.

The incident happened back in January 2019, when the Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? author happened to be on her way to an interview with Variety. Described as “looking slightly frazzled but otherwise unimpaired,” she told the outlet:
“When you get in a car accident on Highland and Fourth and your car is totaled and looky-loos come up and ask to take a photo with you, then you wish that you weren’t everyone’s best friend.”
Well, it’s safe to say she’s not this woman’s best friend, as the alleged victim claimed she sustained bodily injuries as well as “shock and injury to the nervous system.” She claims to also continue to suffer “great physical, mental, and nervous pain.” Detailing the accident, the suit read:
“Kaling ran a stop sign and collided into the vehicle [the woman] was in. … [Kaling] negligently entrusted, managed, maintained, drove and operated their vehicle including, but certainly not limited to, the use of [her] cellphone at or about the time of this accident.”
The suit goes on to say the 41-year-old’s “reckless conduct” caused the “vehicles to collide causing the described injuries” as well as “severely [damaging]” the alleged victim’s car.
Per The Blast, Mindy stands accused of violating several regulations, laws, and statutes, including:
“[Regulations] relating to the safe operation of a vehicle, maintaining control of a vehicle, traveling at a safe speed for the conditions, keeping a proper look-out, and other traffic safety rules and regulations.”
This suit is like a dark lining to the silver cloud Mindy has been on lately.
The actress recently revealed that she’d secretly given birth to her second child, a son named Spencer. She explained how easy it was to keep under wraps during quarantine in an appearance on Today. She said:
“I would occasionally have meetings. So from here up, I would have to look nice, but I was just kind of like pregnant, and no one saw. And I just thought, ‘What if I could get away with this?'”

The multi-hyphenate has a lot on her plate coming up: on top of a recently released book of essays and the upcoming second season of her popular Netflix YA series Never Have I Ever, she’s slated to co-write pal Reese Witherspoon’s Legally Blonde 3 and will produce and star in HBO Max’s film adaptation of writer Jennifer Weiner’s novel Good In Bed.
With a new baby in the house and a lawsuit to worry about, it’s probably good she’s got so much work coming in! LOLz!

Mindy Kaling Channeled Devi From Never Have I Ever For Halloween, and Yep, She Nailed It
Netflix's Never Have I Ever was one of the few good things to come out of 2020, so it's no surprise why Mindy Kaling decided to channel her inner Devi Vishwakumar for Halloween this year. On Oct. 29, the actress and creator of the show shared a photo of her spot-on costume on Instagram, writing, "What's a'poppin?! Do you like my Halloween costume?"
