Since the news of Chadwick Boseman's death was confirmed on Aug. 28, the world has been mourning the loss of the actor, who was a deeply impactful person both on and off screen. Michael B. Jordan released an emotional statement on Instagram Monday night about his Black Panther costar and friend, who had been privately battling colon cancer for the past four years. Alongside a series of photos of the two actors, Michael wrote a heartbreaking tribute to honor Chadwick and his legacy.
"I wish we had more time," the Just Mercy actor repeated in his statement. Michael recalled one of the last times he had spoken to the late actor, who said they were "forever linked." He thanked his "big brother" for paving the way for him since the beginning of his career, when the two both portrayed Reggie Porter on All My Children. "You showed me how to be better, honor purpose, and create legacy," he said of the memory. "And whether you've known it or not, I've been watching, learning and constantly motivated by your greatness."
Michael also said while Chadwick portrayed some incredible legends and heroes on screen and that impact will certainly "live on forever," Chadwick himself was a legend and hero in real life. "I'm dedicating the rest of my days to live the way you did," Michael said. "With grace, courage, and no regrets." Read his tribute in full below.

"I've been trying to find the words, but nothing comes close to how I feel. I've been reflecting on every moment, every conversation, every laugh, every disagreement, every hug...everything.
I wish we had more time.
One of the last times we spoke, you said we were forever linked , and now the truth of that means more to me than ever. Since nearly the beginning of my career, starting with All My Children when I was 16 years old you paved the way for me. You showed me how to be better, honor purpose, and create legacy. And whether you've known it or not...I've been watching, learning and constantly motivated by your greatness.
I wish we had more time.
Everything you've given the world ... the legends and heroes that you've shown us we are ... will live on forever. But the thing that hurts the most is that I now understand how much of a legend and hero YOU are. Through it all, you never lost sight of what you loved most. You cared about your family , your friends, your craft, your spirit. You cared about the kids, the community, our culture and humanity. You cared about me. You are my big brother, but I never fully got a chance to tell you, or to truly give you your flowers while you were here.
I wish we had more time.
I'm more aware now than ever that time is short with people we love and admire. I'm gonna miss your honesty, your generosity, your sense of humor, and incredible gifts. I'll miss the gift of sharing space with you in scenes. I'm dedicating the rest of my days to live the way you did. With grace, courage, and no regrets. 'Is this your king!?' Yes . he . is! Rest In Power Brother."
Netflix has released the first teaser for The Crown season four, and with it, our first glimpse at Princess Diana. But who is Emma Corrin, the actress beneath the perfectly-replicated pouffy wedding gown featured in the brief clips? Corrin was announced in 2019 as the first actress to take on the role of the late Princess of Wales. In some ways, it makes sense that a newcomer would be the best choice to play Diana, who went from being someone largely unknown outside of British aristocratic circles to one of the most famous women in the world - and we can't wait to see Corrin's take on the role!
Corrin will only play Diana for season four, set for a November 2020 release; once season five arrives, Elizabeth Debecki will take over the role for the remainder of the princess's life story. Since Corrin is so new to the industry, we haven't gotten to hear much from her yet, but keep reading for a few fun facts that we've learned about her so far.
Kanye West’s ill-fated presidential campaign may not have put him at odds with his buddy Donald Trump, but this remark just might.
The rapper made an appearance on Nick Cannon’s podcast Cannon’s Class to set the record straight on his essentially unwinnable run for the presidency — and speculation he’s deliberately running a spoiler campaign in favor of President Trump.
In a clip from the show, which will be posted in full on Tuesday, the former America’s Got Talent host commiserated with Kanye over their shared controversial status.

The Yeezus artist said:
“People keep on saying, ‘I think that … you and Republicans … are in cahoots.'”
Cannon elaborated:
“They’re saying that they’re paying you to do what you’re doing, to be a distraction.”
With humor, the 43-year-old denied:
“Bro, can’t nobody pay me. … I got more money than Trump!”

A post shared by NICK CANNON (@nickcannon) on
Now, first of all, nobody really thinks that West is being bribed financially to run his bizarre vanity campaign. That’s a weird interpretation by Cannon.
What we have heard is he was manipulated into launching his run with appeals to his ego — and egged on by his pal Jared Kushner. Plus, he may have denied getting paid by Republicans, but that doesn’t explain the major GOP operatives working on his already fraudulent campaign (that’s about the definition of “cahoots” if you ask us). And on top of all that, he said in his own words that he’d like to thwart Biden’s presidency… so, all in all, color us unconvinced by this denial.
Perhaps more interestingly, Kanye’s claim that he has “more money than Trump” was a weird flex that may have inadvertently targeted the president right where it hurts the most.
In case you didn’t know, Don really doesn’t like when people under-value his net worth — even if that number is much lower, in reality, than the one he’s claimed. Trump’s longest, most vicious feuds have been with people like Rosie O’Donnell who questioned his riches. In the past, the 74-year-old has gone so far as to sue for libel over a book that included a net worth value he didn’t agree with.
When he announced his candidacy he claimed his worth at $10 billion; Forbes put him at $4.5 billion. For years, Trump has disagreed with the money mag over their estimation of his fortune. If that sounds familiar, it’s because Kanye also feuded with the money mag over his supposed billions. (For what it’s worth, Forbes estimated Kanye is worth $1.3 billion and Trump $2.1 billion, meaning the Yeezy founder wasn’t even correct in his claim.)
The clip concludes with Cannon asking Kim Kardashian West’s husband:
“But people are saying you’re a distraction, and because they don’t want four more years of Trump — maybe you might, I don’t — but you want an alternative of four years of ‘Ye. Is that realistic right now in 2020?”
Related: Kanye Features Kirsten Dunst & Anna Wintour In Bizarre Campaign Poster
West responded with what is now a familiar refrain:
“I’m not running for President… I’m walking.”
The line got a laugh out of Cannon, but we’re not really finding the meaningless slogan very funny. If there’s more to Kanye’s run than an ego-stroking spoiler campaign — that skirts the line of legality with its ballot signatures — we have yet to see it. And with countless lives on the line and Trump’s campaign creeping further and further into fascist territory, we’d really prefer if Kanye walked somewhere else. Like toward Los Angeles where his children live.
The last thing this country needs right now is two narcissistic rich guys squabbling over their fortunes on a national stage. But if this insult drives a wedge between Kanye and Trump, we won’t be mad about that either.

Princess Diana was known for her impeccable sense of style and flawless beauty, but she is best remembered for her heart of gold. Diana spoke out on a wide range of issues close to her heart - including HIV/AIDS, leprosy, and cancer - and used her global influence to raise awareness as well as funds. She regularly visited hospitals, schools, and fundraising galas and even took trips to Angola, India, and Pakistan, touching the lives of many wherever she went. While Diana is no longer around, her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, have carried on her legacy by championing some of the same charities and causes as their mother and carrying on her traditions in their personal lives.

Miley Cyrus returned to the MTV VMAs stage as she performed "Midnight Sky" live for the first time on Sunday night. Wearing a sexy black dress, the 27-year-old singer strutted her stuff as she crooned the lyrics about letting go of past loves. Of course, one of the best moments of the performance was when she ripped off the skirt of her dress and swung on a disco ball. Anyone else getting "Wrecking Ball flashbacks? The new track, which dropped on Aug. 13, seems to chronicle her most publicized romances over the past year, as she makes references to exes Liam Hemsworth, Kaitlynn Carter, and Cody Simpson. Seeing that she performed her emotional breakup song "Slide Away" during the show last year, her latest performance about embracing the single life really brings things full-circle. Watch her incredible performance above.
As expected, The Weeknd did not disappoint when he opened Sunday's MTV VMAs. Clad in his now-signature red-and-black suit, a bloodied and bruised The Weeknd performed his hit "Blinding Lights" from over 1,000 feet above Manhattan on the observation deck of Edge at Hudson Yards.
The song is about drunk driving, and in a recent interview with Esquire, The Weeknd explained, "'Blinding Lights' [is about] how you want to see someone at night, and you're intoxicated, and you're driving to this person and you're just blinded by streetlights, but nothing could stop you from trying to go see that person, because you're so lonely. I don't want to ever promote drunk driving, but that's what the dark undertone is."
It's a big night for The Weeknd, who scored six nominations at this year's ceremony, including artist of the year and best R&B for "Blinding Lights." It also marked his second time performing at the show following his fiery debut in 2015.
Adele, is that you?!
The British-born singer has broken the internet on Sunday afternoon, as not even a full hour ago she shared a pic — apparently from last year’s Carnival festival, it would seem — that has everybody feeling some type of way!

OMG!!! What a transformation!!!!
Obviously, we’ve known Adele has been changing her look quite a bit, to say the least, but to see the singer all svelte and lean like this, too… just… WOW!!!
The pic pays tribute to this year’s canceled Notting Hill Carnival, and appears to have been taken at this event (or a similar one?) last year, before the coronavirus pandemic. So while the pic itself may not be completely new, as TMZ points out, it’s definitely new to all of us… and we can’t get enough. WOW!!!

We aren’t the only ones who have a SERIOUS reaction to Adele’s new Jamaican-inspired and very memorable, meme-able look, either. Good, bad, or indifferent to the serious changes, here it all is:
“Adele is an honorary Jamaican she always has been idc”
“Cancel culture is definitely fake because I will never cancel Adele”
“Swear I thought that picture of Adele was photoshopped. lol”
“omg Adele lol… 2020 is a weird year”
OK, we can definitely get behind that last one especially! We’re ready to just flip the calendar over and move on from here…
Obviously, many Twitter users are rightfully concerned about Adele’s apparent cultural appropriation — both with dress and with her hairstyle — while others are mainly amazed at the physical transformation she’s made over the past year or two! And honestly, both opinions are valid. There’s a LOT to take in with this picture!
Reactions, Perezcious readers? We know, it’s quite a bit to take in about one of the world’s most famous singers and performers. Crazy!!! And controversial??

Fans of a good brain teaser will know that The Riddler is basically a walking puzzle factory, and his latest riddle in the trailer for The Batman already has fans in full-on detective mode. In the trailer, a card packaged in a green envelope arrives addressed to "The Batman." Inside, the card poses a handwritten question: "What does a liar do when he's dead?" Followed by a set of unfamiliar symbols that seem to be hiding some kind of message, the card continues, "Haven't a clue? Let's play a game, just me and you . . ."
In a feat that would make both Commissioner Gordon and Alfred proud, DC fans have already solved the puzzling riddle using some impressive word-to-letter correlations, and the breakdown is just as mind-boggling as the original clue. In a Twitter thread, game designer Mike Selinker explained exactly how he solved the puzzle. Keep reading for the final solution and to see exactly how the cryptic symbols translate to an ominous message that has us hoping emo Robert Pattinson Batman can solve this riddle for himself in record time.
Miley Cyrus completely stole the spotlight when she stepped out on the red carpet at the MTV VMAs on Sunday night. The 27-year-old singer looked stunning as she wore a see-through strapless gown matched with her bleach-blond mullet and bright-red lipstick. It's sure to be a big night for Miley. Not only is she up for two awards, but she is set to perform her new single, "Midnight Sky," for the very first time. If her flashy, disco-inspired music video is any indication, we're in for a real treat. See some of her best moments from the night ahead.
I'll admit, when I finished binge-watching season three of Selling Sunset, I was a little disappointed. Not because of how the show ended (trust me, that was probably the best season yet) but because now I had nothing else to watch and I'd probably spend yet another weekend scrolling through Netflix trying to figure out what to stream to no avail (yep, been there way too many times). How else was I going to get my fix of drooling over stunning luxury properties that I could never possibly afford, while trying to keep up with all the drama between The Oppenheim Group? You see my dilemma?
Enter Million Dollar Beach House. When Netflix announced their list of new shows hitting the platform in August, I was immediately intrigued by the series. Similar to Selling Sunset, Million Dollar Beach House follows the exclusive group of real estate agents of Nest Seekers who cater to high-end clients looking to purchase luxury homes in the Hamptons on Long Island, NY. Sounds promising, right? Well, turns out, Million Dollar Beach House doesn't quite measure up to Selling Sunset.
For starters, the cast just isn't that exciting, plain and simple. Michael is a model-turned-real-estate-agent who is juggling the stress of being a realtor along with becoming a dad. He is the epitome of that self-entitled high school jock and clearly has it out for Noel from the very beginning - that alone just makes it hard to watch. Speaking of Noel, he is a new addition to Nest Seekers and is simply trying to further his career. However, his team perceives him as pompous and rude. Given that he's the only BIPOC character, it's borderline irresponsible of Netflix to paint him out as the villain without exploring the dynamics of what it may be like for him as a Black man selling luxury real estate to a predominately white clientele.
Then there is JB who recently made the switch from working in the financial industry to real estate and spends most of the season trying to prove to Jimmy that he can take on his own listings. Jimmy is the lead at Nest Seekers and basically has his hand in all the luxury properties. We don't really know too much about him, but he does seem nice - just not interesting enough for reality TV. And to round out the team, there's Peggy, a broker veteran who transferred to Nest Seekers after working in New York City. Like Michael, she too doesn't get along with Noel, but things really escalate as the season goes on.
The series only really shows the cast hanging out at the office and showing listings to clients, so we don't really know much about their personal lives other than what they choose to share, which honestly made it pretty boring for me and left me wanting more. Instead, I would have preferred to know about their personal relationships, what they do outside of work, and if they're actually all friends because it seems like JB and Michael are the only ones with a real friendship. Is there any family drama? What's the deal with Noel's twin brother, Joel? Tell me more.
Now, I'm aware that not everyone gets along on Selling Sunset, but there are some true friendships there. Mary and Amanza have known each other for years, and Mary is also close with Chrishell and Heather. While we do get glimpses of the women showing properties, they've also opened up their personal lives to viewers. We saw both Mary and Christine tie the knot, Amanza shared her custody battle, and Chrishell's divorce was front and center in the latest season. And I know that couldn't have been easy.
Which leads me to my next point: where was all the drama? Everybody knows that a good reality TV show has to have it, but it seemed to fall short here. The whole thing with Michael coming for Noel gets old real quick, so I don't feel like it was worth dragging it on. That's pretty much all the show has to offer in terms of drama. Yep, that's it. Maybe for season two (if there is one, anyway), Million Dollar Beach House can take a page out of Selling Sunset's playbook and throw some drinking, name-calling, and backstabbing into the mix - just a thought.
Related: Netflix Hasn't Renewed Selling Sunset For Season 4 Yet, but the Cast Members Seem Hopeful
But then again maybe Million Dollar Beach House isn't meant to be that kind of reality show and it's more about showcasing all the beach houses, which are gorgeous by the way. Did I find them as appealing as the ones on Selling Sunset? No, but the Amagansett house did come pretty close, and it still stung a little when I realized I'll probably never own a beach house as I sat in my 625-square-foot apartment. I'm OK, I promise.
Anyway, if you're into real estate reality TV shows, it's worth giving Million Dollar Beach House a watch - just don't go into it expecting it to be like Selling Sunset.

Selling Sunset fans watched Mary Fitzgerald and Romain Bonnet exchange "I dos" on season two of the Netflix reality series, but we recently learned a new tidbit about the couple that has sparked renewed interest in their wedding: Mary and Romain were already married before they were on the show.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, the couple wed in Ventura, CA, on March 9, 2018, 19 months before their televised Los Angeles nuptials. "Mary and Romain had a civil union a couple of months before the show began filming in June of 2018, but they chose not to tell any of their friends or family, as they were still trying to see if their relationship would work out in the long term," Mary and Romain's rep told Entertainment Tonight in a statement on Aug. 23. "In their minds, they weren't properly married until the wedding that was filmed during the show."
Still, that doesn't take away from how beautiful and romantic their Los Angeles wedding was. Take a walk down memory lane and check out photos from Mary and Romain's October 2019 ceremony ahead.
It appears Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich might be one step closer to repairing their marriage and getting back together!
We’ve heard a lot of conflicting reports about where the estranged couple stands after months of divorce talk, but the Dancing With the Stars alum and the former NHL hockey player continue to keep things very friendly and fuel reconciliation rumors with yet another recent public outing together.
Related: Julianne Hough Shares Sexy Bikini Thirst Trap Amid Split From Brooks Laich
In photos published by the Daily Mail, the pair were seen catching up at Italian restaurant Porta Via in the Pacific Palisades on Wednesday, August 26. Jules wore a white lace-up tank, striped, wide-leg pants, and sandals, while the 37-year-old retired athlete sported a gray T-shirt, blue shorts, and flip-flops for their lunch date. As seen in the shots (HERE), the two sat outside and chatted for a while before taking a stroll through the area — and they looked quite comfortable together! It’s almost as if the confusing divorce drama never happened at all!
On the heels of this rendez-vous, a source told People that the How Men Think podcast host has now warmed up to the idea of officially getting back together with his wife:
“Brooks really still wants to make it work and she’s considering it but taking her time. He’s open to whatever it will take.”
The insider continued, adding that Hough also still holds strong feelings for Laich and her inner circle supports the idea of the two working things out:
“Julianne likes the idea of freedom but doesn’t want to lose such a good, solid guy. Everyone who knows him knows how grounded and great he is. Her friends and family don’t want her to lose someone like that.”
Wow. This stands in stark contrast to what a separate source told E! News earlier this month about why the pair’s legal separation has not moved forward yet:
“Julianne has had a hard time recently and is in a funk. The lockdown has brought up all sorts of stuff for her. Brooks is very much ready to move on and to be officially divorced. His friends and family have rallied around him and he is ready for the next chapter… They planned to file for divorce and he is ready, but he is giving her some time and space. They aren’t getting back together, but she is struggling.”
Hmm. We can’t help but wonder if that flirty poolside party for Hough’s 32nd birthday this August helped cut the tension and rekindle the romance that once thrived between them?
Things really seem to be lining up for a reunion here, wouldn’t you agree, Perezcious readers? Or, is this just another casual chat between old flames? What do U make of this recent outing? Let us know (below) in the comments section!

The entertainment world is still reeling from the shocking and devastating news that Chadwick Boseman passed away following a four-year battle with colon cancer.
Though he never publicly spoke out about his condition, one viral tweet shared on Friday shows the beloved movie star appeared to drop a hint about his private diagnosis in a 2017 interview, which has surfaced in the wake of his death.
Related: Looking Back On Chadwick Boseman’s Iconic Film Career
Matthew Jacobs, a writer for Huffington Post, tweeted about his sit-down with the late 43-year-old actor, which was conducted shortly after filming wrapped on the historic Marvel film and before it would go on to smash the box office in February of the following year:
“I interviewed Chadwick Boseman in 2017, and to think he was going through cancer while satisfying the physical demands of a Marvel movie…”
He included a screenshot featuring an excerpt of the article, where Chadwick opened up about the physically taxing roles in both Black Panther projects and his critically-acclaimed performance in the 2017 biopic, Marshall. Jacobs asked:
“You came off of one Black Panther project, did Marshall and then made another Black Panther movie. Did you bulk up, slim down and then bulk up again?”
The 21 Bridges star exhaustedly responded, “Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah.” But after sensing the sore subject, the journalist continued questioning him:
“You’ve been through the wringer”
To which Boseman replied:
“Oh, you don’t even know. You have no idea. One day I’ll live to tell the story.”
Wow…
Those words hit us right in the feels because his wish will never come true. Ultimately, Chadwick’s stage III colon cancer diagnosis progressed to stage IV and took his life before he ever got to tell the world about his painful struggle. The tweet (below) has since racked up over hundreds of thousands of likes and retweets since it went up from fans who are still trying to cope with the terrible loss.

A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much. The feud between Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Danielle Staub and Andy Cohen may be perplexing, but it looks like it could be heating up!
ICYMI, the former Housewife took to social media on Wednesday to attack Cohen’s character and accuse him of mistreating her over a decade of working together.
Related: Bella Thorne Accused Of ‘Scamming’ OnlyFans Subscribers
She released an hour-long podcast on the subject, as well as a lengthy, though somewhat vague, Instagram post. It read in part:
“I’ve been waiting for you to revere me, I’ve even gone as far as to ask you to be kinder and more gentle with me but it fell on deaf ears. No more waiting or asking, i have no hate no more respect I don’t honor you and I won’t defend you.
But I will advise:
‘ be careful who’s toes you step on today because they may be attached to the ass you have to kiss tomorrow'”
Now, publicist Steve Honig, who represented Staub from 2018-2019, has weighed in on the controversy. And he is clearly #TeamBravo. In a statement to The Blast, he said:
“WWHL and Andy were always respectful and professional toward Danielle and constantly went above-and-beyond to accommodate her needs and give her a voice. She was always shown empathy and understanding and given a fair platform on which to express herself. I find her comments to be untrue and, quite frankly, disgraceful.”
Wow!
Perhaps the PR rep is right, and Staub is totally out of line. It’s worth mentioning, though, Honig represents, or has represented, a number of other clients in the Bravo/reality TV sphere. These clients include former RHOC husband Jim Edmonds, RHOA’s Phaedra Parks, Shahs of Sunset’s Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi, sometime RHONJ guest Victoria Gotti, and, more recently, ousted Vanderpump Rules stars Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute. That being the case, it probably makes a lot more sense for Honig to support Cohen in this instance… to do otherwise might be bad for business! Just sayin’…

No word yet from the Watch What Happens Live host himself on the matter, though Staub’s accusations were highly personal in nature — including hard drug abuse and multiple Grindr dates an evening. However, this is far from the only drama in the Bravo universe of late — with Denise Richards abrupt exit from the RHOBH reunion, Dorinda Medley’s alleged firing, and the whole networking reckoning with racism — so perhaps the spokesman simply has his hands full.
One thing’s for sure — we’ll be very interested to see how it all plays out!

Kailyn Lowry recently welcomed her fourth beautiful baby — but the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2 will travel back in time to before the baby was born…
Shockingly to a time when she was considering terminating her pregnancy.

Speaking to People, Lowry gave fans a preview of what’s to come on the MTV program. She shared:
“The first half of the season, I had a really, really, really hard time with my pregnancy and just trying to keep it a secret. So I was struggling with that. … I just didn’t know if I was going to have this baby or terminate the pregnancy. I went to an abortion appointment. I definitely talked about that.”
Wow. So helpful to talk about this kind of decision so publicly! The reality star did have some fears about sharing such an intensely personal journey on television. She said:
“I’m just nervous that people are going to be like, ‘Why would you ever admit that you did that on TV for everyone to see?’ Not everything is black and white, not everything is cut and dry. So I hope that people understand the thought process and the pain that I was going through.”
Expanding on some of those nerves, the momma of four told Us Weekly:
“I hope that [viewers] understand that it was never me trying to get on TV [by] admitting to thinking about abortion. It was more about trying to make a good decision after basically putting myself in the same situation I was in [when I got pregnant] at 16 years old. Like, now I’m 28 and I have to make pretty much the same decision.”

It’s unclear exactly how the situation is the same as it was when she first got pregnant, and that ambiguity won’t necessarily be cleared up during the season. The 28-year-old said the “circumstances surrounding” her pregnancy wouldn’t be fully explained on the show (though she told Us in February that her ex Chris Lopez “admitted to intentionally getting [her] pregnant”).
Hoping that the audience will be respectful of that boundary, she continued:
“[It] is going to be hard for people to understand. I just hope that people can empathize with maybe not knowing the full situation, but how incredibly hard it was for me to make the decision to go to an abortion appointment and then ultimately decide against it.”
Lowry admitted to being “afraid of the backlash,” adding:
“I hope that people understand that this was really an emotional time for me and I wanted to do what was right. … I just hope that I don’t get bashed for something that was very difficult for me.”
Lopez was present for Creed’s birth, contrary to the author’s previous declaration, but the former couple are not currently in contact. Still, Lowry is enjoying her crew of boys and seems to be in a good place. She concluded:
“I still wake up every day and I’m like, ‘Wow, I have kids.’ And then I think, ‘Wow, I have four kids!’ I don’t know how I got here, but it’s been fun and the kids, they are awesome. So it feels good.”
We’re happy for Kailyn — and looking forward to seeing more of her journey on the show!
