90 Day Fiancé's Jorge Nava Shows Off Dramatic Weight Loss as He Reveals Post-Prison Divorce Plans
It looks like 90 Day Fiancé alum Jorge Nava has big plans for when he gets out of prison.
The former reality star, who is currently serving a two and a half year sentence for possession of drugs with the intention to sell, recently had an Instagram account set up to document his final days in prison. In his first post, Nava showed off his dramatic weight loss while behind bars in a full body shot of his orange jumpsuit.
“Hey everyone, so glad to be on Instagram now to be able to connect with you guys!” the caption read. “Praying for everyone that’s being affected by the Coronavirus. I know it’s a tough time for everyone right now. And we’re all going through it.”
The caption continued, “We just have to stay strong and positive and together we will get through it. Stay healthy, stay safe out there. Can’t wait to be with you guys again soon!”

Nava was sent to prison in September 2018 after being arrested in Arizona in that February when he was found with 293 lbs. of high-grade marijuana in the trunk of his car.
He weighed weighed 275 lbs. when he was admitted into prison, according to corrections department’s records.
Nava’s drug arrest was not the first time he got into trouble with the law. He previously pleaded guilty to drug trafficking, which caused a rift on season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé between him and his now-wife, Russian model Anfisa Arkhipchenko.
The couple met through Facebook and got married soon after, but were later forced to live in a hotel when Nava’s convicted criminal status made it difficult for them to find an apartment to rent.
Nava opened up about his massive weight loss to TMZ on Tuesday, saying that he has dropped 128 lbs. since entering prison. According to the outlet, Nava was 318 lbs. at his heaviest, but now weighs 190 lbs.
While Nava is looking very different these days, the California native also said that he plans on making more changes in his life by filing for divorce from Arkhipchenko upon his release later this year.
Speaking to the outlet, Nava said that he had initially tried to maintain a relationship with Arkhipchenko while in jail, but they have since parted ways.
A representative for Arkhipchenko did not immediately respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

In January 2018, while answering fans’ questions in a now-deleted post on Instagram, Arkhipchenko did not confirm whether she and Nava are still married.
“Right now I prefer to keep my personal life private,” she wrote at the time. “You might say ‘but you were on a reality show!’ Yes, and you should understand that even on the show you don’t see my whole life 24/7, you only see parts of it that were chosen by producers. Same with my Instagram, only now the ‘producer’ is me.”

Justin Long and Brother Believe They Have Coronavirus But Can't Get Tested: We're Not 'Paranoid'
Justin Long and his brother, Christian, suspect they may be positive for the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).
The duo spoke about their symptoms on the actor’s podcast Life Is Short with Justin Long on Tuesday in which Christian explained his girlfriend, Maggie, had returned home from a work trip and developed several COVID-19 symptoms.
“We should tell everyone that you actually have corona. You think you do. I might have it as well,” Justin, 41, said.
Christian, 38, replied, “I do have it. We’re not just being paranoid.”
Justin added, “Sadly, Christian’s girlfriend Maggie came back from her work trip and a couple of days later she was very ill. She had classic corona symptoms. She had a fever, dry cough, all the things that they’re saying people have with COVID.”

His brother said, “She’s on day 12 of it now and thankfully in the last 24 hours or so, she’s had no fever and seems to be doing a lot better.”
“The weird thing is, the day after she came down with symptoms, a couple of weeks ago, Justin and I came down with very mild versions of the exact same symptoms,” Christian added.
Justin said he began to believe he had coronavirus with the onset of “achiness, some nausea, headaches and then the tightness in the chests” that he and his brother began “noticing.”
“But then the strangest thing happened, which we then read was typical of this disease, is that it hasn’t happened to me, but Maggie and Christian lost their sense of taste and smell,” Justin said.

That loss was what “convinced me I had it,” Christian revealed. “But unfortunately, we can’t get the tests because we’re not considered a high enough risk.”
Justin explained to listeners that they’d “both tried to get the test” to see if they were positive for the disease.
“As many of you know, you have to be in a high-risk group, which is older people and people with compromised immune systems, or it has to be severe enough in your system,” he said, which neither he nor his brother belonged to.
The two confirmed they were quarantined and concerned for their parents’ health. Their father, R. James, is in his 80s while their mother, Wendy, is in her 70s.
As of Tuesday, the U.S. death toll surpassed 3,000 with more than 170,000 confirmed cases in the country.
The U.S. now has the most cases in the world, ahead of China and Italy.
The CDC also says that the best prevention methods, other than social distancing, are basic forms of hygiene — careful handwashing, avoiding touching the face, moving away from people who are coughing or sneezing and staying home at signs of illness.

Tiger King's Joe Exotic Claims Alligators That Died in Zoo Fire Once Belonged to Michael Jackson
Tiger King star Joseph Maldonado-Passage, a.k.a. Joe Exotic, claimed the alligators that perished in the 2015 fire at his zoo once belonged to Michael Jackson.
As seen in the seven-part Netflix docuseries, which was released March 20 on the streaming service, the former country musician, Oklahoma zookeeper, gun enthusiast and big-cat keeper’s TV studio burned down in what is suspected to be an arson fire in late March 2015. In addition to video equipment and recordings being set ablaze, the previous Garold Wayne Interactive Zoological Park owner lost multiple gators, which were housed next door to the studio.
“As most of you know, an arsonist hit our facility a day before yesterday in the sometime wee hours and set fire to not only my recording studio, but the studio that houses our alligators, which caused them all to burn up and perish, boiling alive in a towering inferno of nothing but flames and fire,” Maldonado-Passage, 57, said in a JoeExoticTV YouTube video, published on March 28, 2015.
Following the fire, Maldonado-Passage told the Los Angeles Times that Jackson’s seven alligators and a crocodile had died in the blaze. According to the outlet, the exotic pets were taken from Jackson’s Neverland Ranch following its closure.
New York Mag also reported in September 2019 that “a number of baby alligators” were killed “that were the offspring of an alligator that had lived at Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch.” (Jackson died in June 2009.)
In a statement to PEOPLE on Tuesday, a representative for Jackson’s estate said: “Michael Jackson’s estate cannot confirm if said alligators had belonged to the late singer.”
As audiences learned in Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness, Maldonado-Passage is serving out his 22-year prison sentence.
The series — from co-directors and writers Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin — examines the life and crimes of Maldonado-Passage, who owned an exotic animal park and boasted of having the largest number of big cats in America. He was found guilty in 2019 for paying a hitman $3,000 to kill Carole Baskin, whom he considered his rival.
Maldonado-Passage — who contends in the Netflix show that Baskin killed her 60-year-old husband, Jack “Don” Lewis, and disposed of his remains by feeding them to her tigers and lions — is now serving 22 years in prison for the attempted murder plot. (He currently resides in the Grady County Jail in Oklahoma.) Baskin has categorically denied the accusation and has never been charged.
The disgraced zookeeper — who bred and kept tigers, lions and other animals at his G.W. Exotic Animal Memorial Park in Wynnewood, Oklahoma — was also charged with other crimes, including killing tigers to make way for more big cats at his park.
He served as his own attorney in a federal trial where a jury found him guilty of two counts of murder-for-hire, eight counts of violating the Lacey Act for falsifying wildlife records and nine counts of violating the Endangered Species Act.
RELATED: Stars of Tiger King: Where Are They Now?
Maldonado-Passage recently filed a lawsuit against various government agencies, as well as former business partner Jeff Lowe, seeking $94 million in damages.
Jeff Lowe’s wife, Lauren Lowe, previously said she and her husband are not concerned about the lawsuit.
“He has to be approved by a judge in order for it to go through and we have been told that it has a chance of not being approved,” she told PEOPLE.
Lauren said she and her husband will continue to take care of the animals from Maldonado-Passage’s zoo, which were left in their care.
“They are our family,” she said. “I wouldn’t trade it for the world. You give up a lot to care for these animals and we are going to keep doing that. … We want to make sure they live well. Joe abandoned all these cats. We spend countless dollars just trying to bring these guys back up to health and making sure they get the best food they can get and health care too.”

Teen Mom OG: Amber Portwood Reveals She Called Ex Gary Shirley While Battling Suicidal Thoughts
Amber Portwood opened up about her struggle with suicidal thoughts amid her custody battle with ex Andrew Glennon during Tuesday night’s Teen Mom OG.
On the episode, Portwood revealed she’d emotionally spiraled when she found out Glennon had filed a motion in court to take their 1-year-old son, James, to California from Portwood’s home base in Indiana.
During a conversation with MTV producer David, Portwood, 29, said the news had taken “a huge toll on my mental health.”
“I’m sick to my stomach because of this stuff,” the mom of two said. “When I found out that he was trying to take James away to California, it just killed me. It feels like a train hit you.”
Portwood said she’d begun to do weigh-ins with her psychiatrist, and revealed she’d lost 9 lbs. in a week due to the stress.
“ is worried about a lot of things and he does ask me, ‘Do you feel like you need to be put in a mental hospital? Do you feel like you’re going to kill yourself?’ ” Portwood said. “And I tell him the truth: ‘No.’ ”
RELATED: Teen Mom OG: Why Amber Portwood’s Ex Didn’t ‘Tell His Side of the Story’ After Her Arrest
Despite what she told her psychiatrist, Portwood admitted she had struggled with suicidal thoughts and turned to someone she could trust for help in managing them.
“I had a night that was bad when I found out Andrew was trying to take James to California. I called Gary because the last time I tried to do something I called him and he saved me,” Portwood said, crying. “I will always be grateful for that.”
Portwood and Shirley share 11-year-old daughter Leah. When David asked what it would be like for her to see Glennon take James to California, the MTV star said, “I’m not going to let that happen.”
“I just have to keep fighting. My lawyers will keep fighting,” she said.
On July 5, 2019, Portwood was arrested after allegedly attacking ex-boyfriend Glennon while he was holding James. The day after the incident, she was charged with domestic battery, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old.
Shirley was also seen speaking about Portwood’s mental health on Tuesday’s episode with his wife, Kristina.
“I think this whole entire thing has taken a toll on her. The phone call was reaching out to help. She came out and mentioned she’d had some suicidal thoughts,” Shirley said. “I told her, ‘Look no matter what, Leah needs you. Imagine what she would go through if something happened. Let’s say you did something to yourself, what’s Leah going to do if you’re gone? It’s going to mess her up.’ ”
RELATED: Teen Mom OG’s Amber Portwood Says She’s ‘Ashamed’ of Her Domestic Battery Charge
He continued, “Obviously, I care about Amber. I would hate for something to happen to Amber and it could have been prevented.”
Kristina grew emotional, wiping her eyes as she said, “My heart breaks for the kids. Leah loves her mom and she wants her to be happy and people make mistakes. You can’t turn your back on somebody that needs help. It’s tough.”
In October, Portwood reportedly signed a plea deal and was sentenced to 2.5 years of probation, as well as court-ordered parenting classes.
While Portwood has yet to discuss the incident in detail, she denied the allegations during the Teen Mom OG reunion in September.
“I literally opted out of drug court a long time ago to put myself in prison to help myself,” she said. “Why would I jeopardize … you haven’t heard s— from me since then, haven’t gotten in trouble one time. But all of a sudden I’m running after him with a machete? You’re insane.”
Teen Mom OG airs Tuesdays (8 p.m. ET) on MTV.

Carnival Corporation Says 6,000 Passengers Are Currently Stranded at Sea on its Cruise Ships
Carnival Corporation confirmed on Tuesday that thousands of passengers are still stranded at sea on its cruise ships amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
The corporation, which is the parent company of major cruise lines including Carnival, Princess and Holland America, disclosed the information in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing. They stated “there are approximately 6,000 passengers onboard ships still at sea.”
And those passengers may still have four weeks of isolation ahead, as they “are expected to disembark . . . by the end of April.”
It was not immediately clear how many different ships those passengers are aboard, but a representative for the company tells PEOPLE, “We expect to have three ships at sea by the end of this week.”
“The ships that remain at sea were primarily longer cruises, including some world cruises,” the rep adds. None of the ships still at sea belong to their largest U.S. brand, Carnival Cruise Line. RELATED: 4 Dead, 138 Sick with Coronavirus Symptoms Aboard Holland America Cruise ShipNumerous cruise ships have been turned away from international ports in recent weeks due to expanding travel restrictions and in several instances, confirmed cases of COVID-19 — or fears of potential illness — on board.
Princess Cruise Lines’ Diamond Princess and Grand Princess ships, and Holland America’s MS Zaandam, which are all owned by Carnival Corp., have experienced the worst outbreaks to date.
In the case of the Diamond Princess, a total of 621 people eventually tested positive for the virus and seven former passengers have now died, according to Reuters. Twenty-one people tested positive on the Grand Princess, “some of whom subsequently died due to the disease,” Carnival Corp. said.
The MS Zaandam, which is currently en route to Ft. Lauderdale after being stuck in limbo for over a week following port closures in South America, has had four deaths on board and 189 passengers and crew reporting flu-like symptoms as of Monday night.
Four more of their owned ships also had confirmed coronavirus cases on board in the last two months.
“Numerous passengers and crew on . . .Costa Luminosa, Ruby Princess, Costa Magica and Costa Favolosa, have been diagnosed with COVID-19,” they stated, adding that “Costa Magica and Costa Favolosa are currently working with the U.S. Coast Guard to facilitate medical evacuations.” Both of those ships are now anchored near the port of Miami.
They also noted that even once everyone is on dry land, “Some of our crew is unable to return home, and we will be providing them with food and housing.”
The company, like much of the travel industry, has taken a massive hit amid the pandemic. The SEC filing was to issue $6 billion in stock in order to hopefully sure up its finances, but, it allows, the future is uncertain and the suspension of all planned voyages will likely be extended.
“Each brand has separately announced the duration of its pause, but we expect such pauses to be extended (and some extensions have already been announced),” the filing reads. Its flagship carrier, Carnival Cruise Line, has already cancelled cruises until mid-May.
In the meantime, the company is spending an enormous amount of money, while not embarking on any voyages.
Ship and administrative operating costs (including maintaining its empty ships in storage), refunding the deposits of customers canceling trips, and “COVID-related costs associated with sanitizing our ships and defending lawsuits,” among many other expenses tally to “approximately, on average, $1 billion per month,” according to the document.
In 2019, Carnival Corporation had a net income of $2.99 billion, the filing details. This year, it said, “We expect a net loss.”
WATCH THIS: Coronavirus Myths Debunked: Pathogens Expert Says ‘The Fact Speaks For Itself’
On March 13, the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) — a trade organization that represents Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Disney, Princess, Holland America and many more— shared that in observance of government health recommendations and travel restrictions, its members would voluntarily stop new cruises from departing at midnight on March 14, and all ships already at sea would make their way home.
At the time, 40 cruise ships carrying 90,000 passengers were in the middle of their planned itineraries around the world, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The agency released a timeline for their safe return: 11 of the ships were to complete their sailings and get back to port by March 16. The remaining 29 were to do so by March 30.
RELATED: Carnival Offers Cruise Ships as Temporary Hospitals as Coronavirus Spreads, but Doctors Have Doubts
As of the deadline Monday night, however, CLIA confirmed to PEOPLE that 3.6% percent of its 277 member vessels had not yet made it back, meaning approximately 10 ships with passengers on board are still at sea. Another five are docked but cannot yet disembark.
Before the industry-wide decision to voluntarily halt sailings was reached, many cruise lines were proceeding with voyages as planned amid warnings from the CDC and U.S. State Department that citizens, particularly those in compromised health, “should not travel by cruise ship” at this time.

At least 3,727 people in the U.S. have died from coronavirus-related illness, a total that has tripled in five days.

The first cases of a mysterious respiratory illness — what is now known as COVID-2019, a form of coronavirus — began in Wuhan, China in late December. Since then, the virus has spread worldwide, leading the World Health Organization to declare a public health emergency, the first since the zika epidemic in 2016.
Amid the pandemic, Trump has extended the federal government’s social distancing guidelines to April 30 to “slow the spread” of the virus.
“The modeling estimates that the peak in death rate is likely to hit in two weeks. I will say it again. The peak, the highest point of death rates, remember this, is likely to hit in two weeks,” he said during Sunday’s press briefing on the virus.

Facebook Unveils New Feature That Allows Communities to Help Those in Need Amid Coronavirus
Facebook is introducing its newest feature to help those impacted by novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
On Tuesday, the social networking site announced a new page called Community Help, where users can go to help their neighbors who are struggling due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The new feature, which was built after Facebook saw an increase in posts about helping others, allows people to set a filter that specifies their location and mile radius, within 50 miles or less.
They also have the option of choosing the ability to give or receive help, and the category in which they’re looking to contribute, including baby supplies, business support, food, information, toiletries, transportation, and volunteer work.
From there, users can create new posts stating what they’re searching for or looking to do. Those wanting to help can also respond to already-existing requests to offer their services.
Since its launch, Facebook has seen posts from people offering to deliver groceries and run errands, provide mental health support, financial assistance, and specific supplies, volunteer to distribute food through local food banks, and even donate blood to those in need.

People also have the option to help by donating to Facebook’s COVID-response efforts, which are highlighted on the Community Help page.
These include UNF/WHO COVID-19 Solidarity Response Fund Fundraiser, which has raised over $5.3 million, and the U.S.-based Combat Coronavirus with the CDC Foundation Fundraiser, which has brought in over $5.4 million.
For both fundraisers, Facebook also agreed to match donations, up to $10M on each — something they’ve already accomplished in less than three weeks.
More fundraisers are expected to be highlighted in the coming days and weeks.

Mark Wahlberg’s Daughter Gives Him A Quarantine MAKEOVER! See The Hilarious Clip!
With pretty much the whole world in various stages of lockdown, people are finding new ways to stay entertained.
For Mark Wahlberg, two weeks into quarantine means he’s letting his daughter test out the makeup brushes!
Related: Amy Schumer & Baby Visit Dad While Social Distancing!
On Monday, the action star posted a hilarious video on his Instagram of his youngest daughter Grace giving him a manicure. He explained in the vid:
“Okay so fifteen days into quarantine now, I’m getting pedicures, manicures and apparently, full makeup. She’s got her whole kit there, and yeah… this is what’s happening now.”
The ten-year-old looked like she was getting a real kick out of dad’s makeover — and so are we!
The saga continued in Wahlberg’s IG Stories. Doubtful of his daughter’s skills, the Instant Family star told her, “I don’t know if you’re going to have a career in this.”
“I’m only good at makeup, so your makeup’s gonna be on fleek,” she said as she finished up the job.
To which Wahlberg hilariously replied:
“On fleek? What’s on fleek? … On fleek. Whatever that means.”
LOLz!
In the next clip, the father of four showed off the finished manicure: one hand lilac, and the other peach. Perfect springtime colors!
The 48-year-old wasn’t too happy with the result, though. He exclaimed:
“This is a hack job! Are you good at this? Have you ever done this before?! Oh my God!”
“No!” Grace giggled in response.
Related: Eminem Proud Of Daughter For Going To College & Having ‘No Babies’
The final clip showed Grace breaking out the contouring kit on her perplexed dad. “What the heck are you doing?” he asked. “I’m doing horrible makeup,” she said.
That might have been a bridge too far for the actor-producer, who said:
“I thought you said you were good at makeup! …Alright, that’s enough.”
Unfortunately, Wahlberg didn’t post a final look. Maybe he cut Grace’s makeover short, but we hope she got to see it through! We want to see Marky Mark’s eyebrows on fleek!
As quarantine continues, female celebs like Katy Perry, Gabrielle Union, and Mariah Carey are using the time to go barefaced and give their skin a break. But some men, like Wahlberg, might find themselves roped into doing the opposite!
For instance — on Friday, Meghan Trainor went live on TikTok to give her husband, Spy Kids star Daryl Sabara, his own quarantine makeover. She posted the final result on Instagram with the caption:
“How did I get so lucky? I married the prettiest hubby ever. I love you @darylsabara thank you for being my model and thank you to everyone who tuned into our first @tiktok live for #happyathome”
Now that makeover is truly on fleek! LOLz! Can we expect more beauty transformations during quarantine???

Doc Antle Slams 'Salacious' Tiger King as Lauren and Jeff Lowe Call Their Portrayal 'Unfair'
Tiger King subjects Bhagavan “Doc” Antle and Jeff Lowe are speaking out against the Netflix documentary.
More than a week after the seven-part docuseries was released on the streaming network, Antle is slamming the project and how he was portrayed to audiences, many of whom have binge-watched the show as they adhere to social-distance and self-quarantine guidelines amid the coronavirus pandemic.
“Remember, this is not a documentary. This is a salacious, outrageous ride through a television show produced to create drama, to just tie you in to some crazy train wreck of a story between the feud of Carole Baskin and Joe Exotic, and the meltdown that ensued between two people who both are far too close to murder themselves, and I think a little bit of madness thrown in on their parts,” Antle said in a video interview with TMX.news.
Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness — from co-directors and writers Eric Goode and Rebecca Chaiklin — examines the life and crimes of Joseph Maldonado-Passage, a former country musician, Oklahoma zookeeper, gun enthusiast and big-cat keeper known as Joe Exotic. Maldonado-Passage owned an exotic animal park and boasted of having the largest number of big cats in America. He was found guilty in 2019 for paying a hitman $3,000 to kill Carole Baskin, who he considered his rival.
RELATED: Tiger King‘s Doc Antle Shared the Stage with Britney Spears at the 2001 VMAs
Maldonado-Passage — who alleges in the Netflix series Baskin killed her 60-year-old husband, Jack “Don” Lewis, and disposed of his remains by feeding them to her tigers and lions — is now serving 22 years in prison for the attempted murder plot. (She flatly denies the accusation, and has never been charged.)
The series also gave audiences a behind-the-scenes look at Antle’s Myrtle Beach Safari. Reflecting on the docuseries, Antle alleged to TMX.news that he “worked with the director for two and a half years, saw him probably five or six times for several days in a row each time. That endless portrayal of a program that he was doing with us was purely about a wildlife conservation show about our work that we’re doing in Sumatra, Africa to save endangered species there. It was all about how the tigers that we have here have raised so much money that we’ve been able to go to Sumatra and create a new ranger station there … and that was the documentary that I worked on, and all of that stuff somehow found its way to the cutting room floor.”
View this post on Instagram Onca the baby black jaguar girl.A post shared by Dr. Bhagavan Antle (@docantle) on Jul 16, 2019 at 2:19pm PDT
Antle alleged that he didn’t know they were shooting Tiger King when he was being filmed: “It was not mentioned in any capacity that this show that I was working on would portray anything about Carole or Joe. Questions about Carole and Joe were a dozen or so thrown into hundreds of others, and I repeatedly told them I have no desire to be involved in some show where you’ve got the feud of Carole and Joe going on, it’s not my thing, leave me out of it. Over and over, that was the intention, and that’s what we worked towards.”
Antle also denied allegations that he and other big cat zookeepers euthanize their animals, calling those claims “outrageous TV.”
“They pushed several notions, the worst of which is that somehow tiger cubs exist in copious amounts and that these tiger cubs have a value only as children, and that that is a super short time, and then they’re just killed off afterwards,” he said. “Nothing more ridiculous has ever been said. No one does that.”
And when it came to his personal portrayal as polygamist with a cult of female employee followers, Antle said the docuseries didn’t paint the whole picture of his animal park.
“I’m a single guy. My wife died 25 years ago, the mother of my son and daughter, my youngest ones, and I’ve never been married since. I have girlfriends, I’m a single guy. This massive judgmentalness of somehow I’m not supposed to have girlfriends or something is just off my rocker here with how they got to this point,” he said. “They are just looking for something to be outrageous. The girls that they are showing throughout the facility … these are the girls that are the wives of staff who live here, these are my grandchildren, these are my grandchildren’s fiancés, this are my son’s fiancée, this is a variety of ladies who devote their time here that are part of a team. The team is half men. Did you see any men in the series? They cut them all out to make it appear that this is a girl place.”
RELATED: Carole Baskin Slams Netflix’s Tiger King as ‘Misinformation,’ and Filmmakers Respond
The filmmakers have already released a statement addressing Baskin’s own criticism of the documentary. “I would just say we were completely forthright with the characters,” Chaiklin said. “With any project that goes on for five years, things evolve and change, and we followed it as any good storyteller does. We could have never known when we started this project that it was going to land where it did.”
Added Goode: “Carole talked about her personal life, her childhood, abuse from her first and second husband, the disappearance of her ex, Don Lewis. She knew that this was not just about … it’s not a Blackfish because of the things she spoke about. She certainly wasn’t coerced.”
Closing his interview with TMX.news, Antle denied that his park was “raided” like the documentary stated at the end of the series.
“There was an inquiry made by the state of Virginia that came and asked us to participate in sharing some DNA samples about some lions that were part of another case. I was never accused of any wrongdoing, no one was blaming me for anything. They wanted us to participate in gathering that DNA. No cubs were ever euthanized, they roll that at the end. They know that that’s not true and that euthanizing cubs is illegal, immoral and absolutely never happens here and never has,” he said.
Jeff Lowe, Maldonado-Passage’s ex-business partner who now runs his zoo, was also featured in the documentary alongside his wife, Lauren Lowe. Maldonado-Passage has filed a federal lawsuit against various government agencies, as well as Jeff. In the documents, he accused Jeff of filing false statements to federal agents. “He was the main person in this entrapment scheme to take my zoo for free,” Maldonado-Passage alleged. “Changed my medicine with illegal drugs, stole my animals under fraudulent reasons.”
Currently, Maldonado-Passage — who was also found guilty of killing tigers to make room for more big cats at his exotic animal park — is in in the Grady County Jail in Oklahoma.
Speaking with TMX.news in a separate interview, Jeff and Lauren reflected on the docuseries.
RELATED VIDEO: Jeff and Lauren Lowe Talk Tiger King Docuseries
“They touched on about 10 percent of the story and, you know, the portrayal of us stealing the zoo from Joe was very unfair because we came here to help him, we got it back on its feet. We left to move away because we didn’t want to be in a zoo in Oklahoma, so the notion that we tried to steal the zoo from him is just ridiculous. But, you know, here we are in a zoo in Oklahoma,” Jeff said.
“I’m an easy to get along with guy. And I’ve always been the person that when you needed help, I was the one whose going to help you. So it just really upset me to find out that the guy I was trying to help avoid the claws of this woman in Tampa that he would, once I turned my back, that he would stick so many blades into it,” he said of Maldonado-Passage.
Jeff also discussed cooperating with the federal government’s investigation into Maldonado Passage. “We were being looked at by the feds just like Joe was, so we knew that and we had to protect ourselves. And if it means turning over a guy to the federal authorities that killed not just five tigers — five tigers was just the tip of the iceberg. You know, he’s killed a hundred tigers here that were not beneficial to him monetarily,” he alleged, “and you know it’s just the five that they picked, we knew exactly where they were buried and we knew exactly how they died, so it was the five easiest to prosecute him and convict him on.”
Addressing Maldonado-Passage’s murder for hire charge, Jeff said “everybody in the park knew, everybody in Oklahoma knew of Joe’s desire to have killed.”
“I’m not going to say for one minute that we didn’t all talk about it every day, every day that we were here,” Jeff said. “Lauren and I weren’t here for almost a year and a half. But while we were here, Joe would every day: ‘We gotta kill that bitch. … She’s gotta go.’ It just became almost normal. He would have staff meetings at the end of the night and the first thing out of his mouth would be, ‘Who’s going to go down and take care of this woman?’ ”
“It was a constant,” Jeff said of Maldonado-Passage’s talk of having Basking killed. “Every day, it wasn’t about caring for the tigers, it wasn’t about taking care of your staff — it was about: ‘How do I eliminate Carole Baskin?’ We all knew it and it just got to the point where once Joe started making aggressive moves towards a plan, we knew we had to get out of here.”
Antle and the Lowes all said they believe Baskin could have killed her husband Don, who disappeared in 1997 and has since been declared dead. (Baskin has adamantly denied having any involvement in his disappearance.)
“Without question,” said Jeff. Added Lauren, “We do believe she did kill her husband, but she had help, she had to have help.”
Said Antle, ” ‘Holy mackerel, Carole killed her husband.’ Sure looks like it.”

Here’s How to Get Stimulus Money from the IRS Sooner Than Later
As the federal government prepares to deliver stimulus money to millions of Americans experiencing financial hardships during the coronavirus outbreak, those hoping to get their funds as soon as possible should make sure to have done one key thing, the IRS recommends.
In new guidelines published this week, the IRS says those looking to receive their money promptly should make certain they’ve filed either a 2018 or 2019 tax return with their bank information for direct deposit. Those who have will see their stimulus funds automatically placed in their bank accounts instead of having it sent by mail.
Even if you did not include your bank information, but did submit either your 2018 or 2019 tax return, you don’t have to do anything else to receive the funds if you already qualify. If you haven’t, you should do so as soon as you can.
And don’t worry — if you haven’t filed your 2019 tax return yet, the IRS will use your 2018 return instead. You still have until July 15 to file your 2019 tax return under the new extension.
For those who don’t normally file a tax return, there will be an alternative option available.
“People who typically do not file a tax return will need to file a simple tax return to receive an economic impact payment,” the IRS says. “Low-income taxpayers, senior citizens, Social Security recipients, some veterans and individuals with disabilities who are otherwise not required to file a tax return will not owe tax.”
RELATED: What You Need to Know About the Coronavirus Stimulus Checks: You May Get $1,200 — or More
The money comes as part of a $2 trillion relief package the House of Representatives passed on Friday, which will provide a check of $1,200 for adults with an adjusted gross income of up to $75,000 a year.
Married couples earning up to $150,000 will receive $2,400 and payments are progressively decreased until they are phased out at $198,000 for couples, according to an analysis by the office of Sen. Chuck Grassley.
In addition, the payments would include an additional $500 per child who is 16 years and under for parents beneath the income threshold.

But more money a recipient earns a year, the less money they’ll receive from the relief package. Payment amounts decrease by $5 for every $100 made above $75,000, capped for individuals with a gross income of $99,000 and above.
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin told CNBC that the money should begin going out to those who qualify “within three weeks.”
“We’re determined to get money in people’s pockets immediately,” he said.

Former Bandmates Tom DeLonge & Mark Hoppus Debate Over Who Would've Been the Joe Exotic of Blink-182
It appears Joe Exotic, the eccentric zookeeper chronicled in Netflix’s popular docuseries Tiger King, has somehow brought former Blink-182 bandmates Tom DeLonge and Mark Hoppus together.
DeLonge, 44, and Hoppus, 48, shared a rare online exchange on Monday night over a Tiger King meme that was captured by the Instagram account Comments by Celebs, jokingly debating over who among them would have been the Joe of Blink-182.
The hilarious image — which featured Joe and his two former partners, Travis Maldonado and John Finlay, posing shirtless with their various tattoos on display — included the words “I miss the old Blink-182” written across the graphic.
DeLonge shared the meme on his Instagram account with the caption, “I’m Joe.”
His comment then prompted Hoppus to write back, “The hell you’re Joe. I’m Joe.”
“either way, you and I end up deeply in love and raising cats,” DeLonge replied.

DeLonge and Hoppus originally founded Blink-182 in the early 1990s. In 2015, the two had a public fallout that resulted in DeLonge parting ways with the band after Hoppus and drummer Travis Barker accused the guitarist of refusing to record in the studio.
However, despite the feud, DeLonge and Hoppus seem to be friendlier toward one another in recent years.
Last May, DeLonge told San Diego’s 91X that he was still “good friends” with Hoppus and Barker, explaining that they “still support each other” in their various projects. (DeLonge currently fronts Angels & Airwaves, while Hoppus and Barker continue to play as Blink-182 with Matt Skiba.)
In September, DeLonge told the crowd at an Angels & Airwaves concert that he and his former bandmates “still talk.”
“I started another band called Blink-182, and I definitely want to let you guys know, contrary to a lot of talk out there in Internet land, I’m super, super, super thankful for that band,” the musician said, according to Kerrang. “I love that band. I started that band, by the way. I love Mark and Travis, we still talk, we’re all good. Everything is awesome and people don’t know, so they say a bunch of weird s— on the Internet.”
A month later, Hoppus confirmed to U.K’s Radio X that he’s still in contact with DeLonge, saying, “He’s good. Very happy. He seems like he’s in a good place.”
When asked if he would be open to the idea of DeLonge rejoining the band, Hoppus replied, “I don’t know. Never say never.”
“I don’t know. We haven’t even talked about it,” he said. “Like I said, he’s very happy with what he’s doing and we’re very happy with what we’re doing and we’ll see what the future holds.”

Megachurch Pastor Arrested For Endangering Lives With Crowded Church Services Despite Quarantine Orders
Who could be so careless with human life, so focused on their business, that they were willing to endanger people in order to keep getting them in the door? Why, a pastor of a megachurch of course!
Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne was arrested on Monday and charged with unlawful assembly and violating quarantine orders during a public health emergency after holding multiple Sunday services at his enormous megachurch, the River at Tampa Bay.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office got an anonymous tip Howard-Browne was telling parishioners he would indeed still be holding his two church services despite local physical distancing guidelines which were put in place to slow the spread of the deadly coronavirus. He even apparently provided bus services to the church, presumably mostly for the elderly. Ugh.

Sheriff Chad Chronister told the press during a news conference that his office warned the preacher through his lawyers he would be violating the law and endangering the members of his congregation. He could have just canceled; the church has cameras and was already set up to livestream the sermons over Facebook. He could have just told his congregation to all watch from the safety of their homes.
However, the show must go on, right?
And you can’t pass the donation plate over Skype.
Howard-Browne held not one but TWO services full of hundreds of the faithful, many standing shoulder-to-shoulder. And on Monday he turned himself in to police and was out on $500 bail just 40 minutes later.
There is a post up on his Revival Ministries website complaining, claiming COVID-19 restrictions are violating freedom of religion. Currently in his county the rule is that all gatherings must be limited to 10 people and residents are only to leave their homes for groceries, medical help, exercise, or to go to essential jobs.
Sheriff Chronister countered the pastor’s position, saying:
“Because of the reckless disregard of public safety and after repeated requests and warnings, I worked with our state attorney, Andrew Warren, to obtain a warrant for unlawful assembly and violation of public health emergency rules, both of which are second degree misdemeanors. Our goal here is not to stop anyone from worshiping, but the safety and well-being of our community must always come first.“
Up next at the press conference was Warren, who jabbed the Bible back at Howard-Browne, saying:
“I’d remind the good pastor of Mark 12.31, which said there’s no more important commandment than to love thy neighbor as thyself. Loving your neighbors is protecting them, not jeopardizing their health by exposing them to this deadly virus.”
We do not begrudge most people their faith, provided they aren’t getting all Leviticus on us. However, Howard-Browne is the worst kind of faith leader, one who spreads political misinformation and conspiracy theories and calls them gospel.
He has been a guest on Alex Jones‘ InfoWars and has told his followers there are mass human sacrifices and the drinking of children’s blood in Hollywood, that Hurricane Irma was a “nothingburger” defeated by prayer after it killed 50 people, that the Christchurch Mosque shootings were a “false flag” to make conservatives look bad, and that Donald Trump is a “Rambo” who was sent here to fight the “global conspiracy to destroy America.” (He was also one of those preachers who laid hands on Trump in the Oval Office.)
And now we know he’s willing to endanger lives to what — prove a point? To play the victim as he continues to claim he’s being persecuted because this country is so anti-Christian?? Pfft.
Do YOU think people like this should face stiffer penalties for potentially causing more deaths??

Epidemic Entertainment? Livestreams from Keith Urban, Morgan Wallen and Dierks Bentley Keep Cooped-Up Country Fans Amused
Our shelter-in-place days just keep coming, and so do the livestream shows.
Once again, PEOPLE has a brand new batch of archived ones for you to pick from (all previewed from the comfort and safety of social distancing). More shows are being announced every day, so keep watch over your favorite artists’ social media accounts — or check out the Opry’s helpful calendar of livestreaming music and entertainment.
KEITH URBAN, 31 minutes:
The second edition of “Urban Underground” comes to you from his private Skye Studios, and he performs another six-song set, this time on ganjo, electric and acoustic guitar. Once again, his audience of one, wife Nicole Kidman, is there to dance to the music, which includes new single “God Whispered Your Name.” Memorable moment: Urban offers a tribute to hero Kenny Rogers, who died March 20, with a reverent reading of “The Gambler.”
Bonus: Barefoot and clad in all black, Kidman offers a charming performance as Urban’s roadie, changing out his instruments between songs.
DIERKS BENTLEY, 50 minutes:
Bentley delivers his cheerful charms and a setlist of six songs, including the apropos “Riser” and “I Hold On,” from a stool in the kitchen of his Colorado home. His alter-ego, Hot Country Knights lead singer Doug Douglason, also makes a cameo appearance to perform a saucy song (“It ain’t my fault / It’s that asphalt”) from his ’90s band’s new album, The K Is Silent.
Memorable moment: You’ll either laugh at or totally identify with Bentley’s heroic efforts trying to figure out a live Instagram video chat with Thomas Rhett. Success at last: TR remotely performs new single ” Beer Can’t Fix” (duet partner Jon Pardi is in absentia, of course).
CHRIS LANE, 34 minutes:
This show is short on music — Lane performs only two songs — but the adorable banter between him and his reality-TV show alum wife, Lauren, could qualify this for a series pilot. Memorable moment: Lane gives viewers a tour of the newlywed couple’s new home, complete with comic color commentary (in the master bedroom: “This here, ladies and gentlemen, is where all the magic happens!”)
Bonuses: The Lanes’ sweet mutt, Cooper, makes several well-behaved appearances. Also, Lauren Lane answers a viewer question about the possibility of a “corona-baby.” “I’d rather not refer to it as that, if it was in existence,” she mischievously answers. “Maybe … I’m not opposed to that!”
THE GRAND OLE OPRY, 90 minutes:
After Vince Gill’s memorable show last week with Marty Stuart and Brad Paisley, he returns to the hallowed stage with talented family members in tow: his wife, Christian artist Amy Grant, and two daughters, Jenny Gill, 37, and Corrina Grant Gill, 19. Each takes a turn performing an original song and a cover.
Memorable moments: Gill and Grant always earn superlatives, but the next generation’s gifts are also exceptional. Jenny Gill has forged a modest music career in Nashville, and here she shows she deserves more with “Mama Needs a Lullaby” and a John Mayer cover. Corrina Grant Gill, a college music student, is a revelation as a singer, songwriter and musician (on piano). Another Gill triple threat! (The first 30 minutes, by the way, are Opry promos and previews.)
ASHLEY MCBRYDE, 23 minutes:
McBryde’s second livestream, featuring all covers, continues to mine her eclectic memory bank of songs, no doubt assembled from her years of working bars and clubs. Among the surprising selections are beat-the-blues novelty songs, one dedicated to potatoes, to the tune of “The Mexican Hat Dance,” and another with sea creatures figuring prominently in the lyrics (“I lobster and never floundered”).
Memorable moment: Who would expect to tune in to a country artist and hear The Supremes’ “Can’t Hurry Love”? Bonus: McBryde wears a dinosaur onesie for most of the show.
MORGAN WALLEN, 34 minutes:
The great Mulleted One brings his bountiful charisma to the livestream, putting the “social” in social distancing with at least five other people (two band members, a band member’s girlfriend, a photographer and a cousin) present in his Nashville quarters.
Memorable moment: Of course he plays his hits, “Chasin’ You” and “Whiskey Glasses,” but he also delivers a moving a cappella performance of “How Great Thou Art.” Bonus: Boots, Wallen’s excitable new German Shepherd, who looks less than a year old, gets introduced. Mayhem ensues.
JIMMIE ALLEN, 64 minutes:
Shunning a home setting, Allen sets up in a large practice space with two guitarists and a drummer to essentially perform an entire 16-song concert, complete with live tracks. Alas, it’s not exactly a visual feast: The dim lighting and the remote stationery camera mean you’re never able to make out Allen’s face.
Memorable moments: Allen creatively reimagines his first No. 1, “Best Shot,” with a lengthy bluesy intro, accompanying himself on keyboard. He also introduces a new song, “Those Days Were Made for These,” that’s ready-made for these perilous times (“Remember to tell yourself forever isn’t right now”). To note: the show starts at 14:19.
SCOTTY MCCREERY, 24 minutes:
From his Raleigh, North Carolina, home, McCreery offers a four-song set with down-home introductions and storytelling in between. Memorable moment: McCreery soldiering through his emotions when he hits the “Five More Minutes” verse about his late grandfather.
Bonus: Dressed in a New England Patriots sweatshirt, he announces he’s definitely sticking with his Tom Brady-less team — even if they play Tampa Bay, Brady’s new team.
CAYLEE HAMMACK, 62 minutes:
Setting the mood by lighting a faux religious candle to “St. Dolly,” Hammack proves her larger-than-life stage presence translates well at home in front of a cellphone camera. Drawing on her years playing Nashville honky-tonks, she entertains with covers ranging from “I Will Survive” to “Stand By Your Man.” And don’t deprive yourself of your biggest laugh of the day, which is certain to arrive when she performs her own self-written song, “Knocked Up.”
Memorable moment: Hammack’s guitarist texts with an offer to chug a beer for every verse of Smash Mouth’s “All Star” she’ll sing. Hammack calls him up, sings two verses and is heading toward a third when you can hear him beg for mercy: “You’re killing me!”
AVENUE BEAT, 47 minutes:
Hankering for some hang time with your best girlfriends? This newbie threesome, who share an apartment, offer the perfect virtual substitute. Sami Bearden, Savana Santos and Sam Backoff’s music — and sublime harmonies — mostly come in snippets during this show, but their banter, teasing and easy camaraderie are just plain fun to watch. Memorable moment: When label head Scott Borchetta calls in and, right on the spot, promises to release one of their newest songs as a single on April 10. Entitled “Anxiety,” it couldn’t be more fitting for a global pandemic (“Thank you, anxiety, for making me scared of everything”).
Bonus: A friend — keeping her distance — arrives at their doorstep with a care package that includes Doritos, Double-Stuf Oreos and White Claws, and Bearden, Santos and Backoff dissolve into paroxysms of delight. “I’m so happy!” Backoff exclaims. “My soul has ignited!”
GRATITUNES, 3 to 5 minutes:
Nashville’s Music Row and its at-large creative community have launched this initiative, which gives artists a chance to musically celebrate the staff at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Brad Paisley kicks off the project with a lively acoustic “Southern Comfort Zone.” Other artists already queued up include Dustin Lynch, Lauren Alaina, Amy Grant and Sara Evans. All performances are archived at www.gratitunes.com, and keep checking back for new music. You can also show your support by posting a message on social media using hashtags #Gratitunes and #VUMCHeroes; all posts are populated in real-time on the Gratitunes website.
